To entertain and engage with guests to creeate an immersive experience as directed by Production staff.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all shows on time and follow instructions from Lead or Supervisor for Meet & Greets.
- Perform your respective roles as set by the Production Staff and Full Time Management. The performance will not vary from the direction set during the production period throughout the course of the show’s run.
- Strictly adhere to the park and Warner Bros. rules concerning your activities while wearing and preparing the costumes.
- Be prepared and hydrated for the potential of a 20-degree increase in temperature from the outside air.
- Protect your costume from abuse or damage, and see the costumes are properly groomed and maintained.
- Keep guest safety and satisfaction in mind during the performance and as an escort. This may include guiding guests to and from the characters, maintaining order, taking pictures and assisting guests by answering questions regarding general park information.
- Keep the character’s safety in mind at all times. This may include providing a safe walking space through the park, both onstage and backstage, maintaining a safe space between the character and guests, keeping track of each appearance’s duration and physical condition of the performer in the costume.
- Be open to and engaged in the rehearsal process and operation of your respective productions under the direction of the Production Staff.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.
- Take direction and constructive criticism.
- Wear proper park approved clothing when entering and exiting park property.
- Report any unsafe acts and/or conditions to the Lead or Stage Manager immediately
- Ensure the venue, break area, make-up area, and Show Wardrobe are kept clean.
- Adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures as outlined in the Seasonal Handbook and the Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual.

Such individual is responsible for continually assessing the Company’s sanctions and export compliance risk and in conjunction with other key stakeholders updating, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate such risks.
The individual will have extensive interaction with other members of the Legal Team, the Senior Leadership Team, business teams, as well as with numerous other internal organizations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is responsible for serving as the internal subject matter expert on applicable global laws and regulations pertaining to economic sanctions, customs and export controls and their impact on the Company’s business (e.g., OFAC, ITAR, and EAR). Such individual is also responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the Company’s international trade and export compliance programs and associated procedures to enable compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such duties will include the following:
- Identify and manage sanctions, customs, and export control compliance issues, escalate and remediate as appropriate;
- Advise the business on sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance, risks, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct sanctions, customs, and export compliance risk assessments and recommend changes to applicable policies and procedures;
- Lead trade and export compliance investigations and manage submissions and disclosures to governmental entities as required;
- Provide oversight to business units highly dependent upon trade, customs or export compliance programs (e.g., ITAR);

Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform timely and accurate notarizations for vehicle-related documents such as title transfers, lien releases, affidavits of repossession, and impound-related paperwork.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support the Executive Director in developing and delivering effective communications for building awareness, fundraising, and donor engagement campaigns with the goals of increasing revenue and philanthropic support, education campaigns, growing programming participation through targeted and segmented email communications, newsletters, website updates and social media posts. This position provides brand management support and marketing programs promotion of the organization's advocacy and thought leadership, extending its reach, and cultivating supporters, building awareness of its programs and services, and complementing ongoing fundraising activities. This is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Director.
- Serve as the primary administrator of the organization's CRM, Bloomerang, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent entry and maintenance of donor and constituent data.
- Update donor records regularly, including gifts, engagement activities, communications, and segmentation fields, ensuring data integrity and usability for reporting and outreach.
- Regularly attend Bloomerang meetings, trainings, and educational sessions to strengthen system utilization and best practices.
- Develop, execute, and analyze donor and community email campaigns using Bloomerang, including audience segmentation, messaging strategy, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with donors and supporters through email campaigns, newsletters, acknowledgments, and targeted outreach.
- Create, execute, and evaluate fundraising, engagement, and awareness campaigns, utilizing segmented audiences and data-driven insights.
- Pull and prepare reports from Bloomerang for internal leadership, fundraising efforts, and funder reporting as needed.
- Create, update, and revise presentations, marketing materials, educational campaigns, PSAs, and program-specific content.
- Design flyers and promotional materials to support program outreach and events
- Develop and maintain a monthly newsletter in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Develop and produce the organization's annual report in collaboration with the Executive Director and leadership team.
- Maintain and manage an internal content calendar coordinating website updates, social media posts, email campaigns, and key organizational communications.
- Develop and deliver regular KPI and engagement reports focused on donor engagement, campaign performance, and audience growth.
- Research and analyze marketing and nonprofit sector trends to inform engagement strategies and campaign development.
- Manage the organization's merchandise store, including product updates and coordination as needed.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Proofread and edit external communications to ensure clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
- Provide marketing and communications support for organizational strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the fundraising committee, board of directors, and staff to support fundraising and donor engagement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals and mission.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva); email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Bloomerang)
- Adept at developing, maintaining and updating websites
- Knowledge of HTML and video editing software preferred
- Excellent writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail in spelling and grammar; familiarity with Grammarly a plus

Work Environment and Schedule
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator position is a hybrid role with three on-site days per week. This role will require a commitment of 40 hours per week. Day and time commitments are open to some negotiation for the right candidate.

Our client is looking to add a Sr. Scrum Master to their team that is a servant leader and coach for an agile team, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more pod/ scrum team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. The Scrum Master helps educate the team, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. They also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to team working agreements, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner(s) and the development team(s).
• Establish and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
• Help the team define team working agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforces the agreements.
• Set up standard project metrics, product templates and processes and works with the team(s) to create the proper ceremonies and deliverables.
• Continuously strives towards more efficient and effective Scrum teams, resulting in higher and consistent velocities as well as better software quality.
• Clearly communicate with all stakeholders, including Product Owner and Team, manage risks and resolve impediments.
• Apply expert level knowledge of the software development life cycle to coach teams to flawless deployments to the production environment.
• Drive Scrum of Scrums to ensure dependencies are clearly understood and cross-team impediments are addressed.
• Understand the big picture as well as the details and complexities of technical and functional issues, driving them to resolution.
• Ensures the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO).
Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience as Scrum Master and familiar with the adoption of Agile values, principles, framework, and practices.
• BA / BS in IT, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps expertise.
• CSM, A-CSM, SAFe SM or CSP designation.
• Strong investigative, analytical skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team with both the Business and technology staff.
• Experience leading or participating in all Agile meetings including: sprint planning, sprint grooming, review, demo, stand-up, and retrospective sessions.
• Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious, self-motivated, independent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of several agile frameworks including SAFe and experience working in a SAFe environment
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($65-70/hr).
