What You Will Do

  • Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

  • Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

  • Establish technical understanding of the product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirement.

The Opportunity

The Team

This role will report directly to the Head of Debt Financing and Liquidity and will be a member of the Balance Sheet Management team within the Treasury organization.  The team is a dynamic team of individuals with diverse backgrounds that are focused on evaluating actual and projected trends in levels of capital, liquidity, and credit so that they may develop strategies to improve financial performance and conditions.

Liquidity Forecasting and Management:

  • Review investment commitments, in collaboration with Investment Management team
  • Perform sensitivity analytics to Operating Liquidity forecasts

  • Prepare liquidity reports and assist with development of presentations for executive audience

Debt and Subsidiary Management:

  • Lead execution of subsidiary funding transactions
  • Execute transactions for internal and external debt; maintain calculation of interest expense
  • Partner with team to manage the trade finance portfolio
  • Support debt portfolio optimization project

Optimization Projects:

  • Minimize time spent on production and data manipulation activities by transforming our modeling, analytic, and reporting capabilities and implementing automation and technology where possible
  • Lead additional analytic projects including subsidiary liquidity management
  • Monitor changes in treasury regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations

The Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial role with exposure to accounting, cash operations, liquidity management and/or debt financing

We are seeking candidates for a Legal Associate position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Legal Associate will be a part of the Legal & Compliance Global Delivery and Enablement team, supporting contracting and documentation initiatives related to client platform activities. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while contributing to process improvement and the development of technology-enabled solutions, including AI-driven tools, to enhance contracting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of paralegal and contract experience within the financial services industry.  

This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $40-48/hr (depending on experience). This position supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, amendments, ancillary documents, RFP responses, and non-disclosure agreements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advisory legal teams, business development, and relationship management partners

  • Collaborate with legal team members to support contracting and documentation efforts

  • Assist with complex documentation issues and help establish appropriate controls and processes

  • Support the development and implementation of legal technology solutions, including AI tools and Microsoft Power Platform applications

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, workflow design, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field is required

  • 3-4+ years of paralegal or contracting experience

  • Financial services industry experience required (asset management strongly preferred)

  • Experience supporting legal or contracting functions within an asset manager, financial institution, or large corporate environment

  • Familiarity with legal technology applications and process improvement initiatives

  • Strong business judgment, collaboration, and risk awareness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts clearly

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Additional language skills are a plus, but not required

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, technically skilled Project Manager to contribute to and support growth, operational systems, and assure that projects are on time and on budget. You must be prepared for 50+ hours per week, including weekends, BUT, real estate experience is not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Your expertise will help optimize investment and operational efficiency, reporting, enhance system performance, and support strategic growth initiatives across multiple properties, while also managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders

You will monitor our task management system to ensure deliverables are on time and efficiently completed while being comfortable working with financial reporting tools, data analytics platforms, and building systems. You MUST also be comfortable with putting in the time required - long hours, a competitive business environment and the importance of hustle and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate between property managers, accounting, maintenance, vendors, and leadership.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Lead optimization and maintain our property management and dashboards software.
  • Analyze operational data to identify cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Train staff in new systems and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7-10 years of project management experience in investment, operational, real estate, government or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in exact science - accounting, computer science, finance, economics etc.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Experience managing multi-site projects and vendor relationships.
  • Strong financial literacy (budgets, variance analysis, CapEx tracking) and operational acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Located in a short radius to Waltham, MA.
