Senior Project Manager – HR Technology
Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager – HR Technology leads large, enterprise‑wide HR technology and business transformation initiatives. This role owns end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams, systems, and business functions.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone comfortable operating at the executive level, driving delivery discipline, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. You will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned to business goals.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own delivery of large‑scale HR and HR technology initiatives from project kickoff through stabilization
- Define scope, objectives, success measures, resourcing plans, and governance structures
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk and issue logs, and executive‑level reporting
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams

Experience

Position Summary
The Business Development Manager supports the growth of the Realtree licensing business through strategic account development, relationship management, and category research. This role focuses on supporting existing licensees while identifying new business opportunities that align with the company’s brand strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
The position requires a strong understanding of the company’s licensing structure, partner ecosystem, and product category strategies. The Business Development Manager works closely with the Business Development team, Licensing Administration, Marketing, and other internal departments to support coordinated growth initiatives and partner success.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Account Support
- Support revenue growth through sales initiatives with existing licensees and new account development.
- Assist in identifying new licensing opportunities across product categories and retail channels.
- Support strategic growth initiatives developed by the Business Development leadership team.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with partner accounts.
Market Research & Opportunity Development
- Identify and research 'white space' opportunities for the Realtree brand across new categories and partners.

Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with licensees, retailers, and potential partners.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, databases, and systems to extract insights, trends, and patterns that inform business decisions, strategies, and operations.

Responsibilities
The Institutional Research Data Analyst will also be expected to perform various duties specific to institutional research, including but not limited to:
- Responding to intermediate to high difficulty/complexity ad-hoc data and analysis requests
- Adhering to federal, state, and institutional policies, regulations, and requirements related to data security, privacy, and governance
Completing or supporting the completion of externally-driven compliance and data-related reporting including
- Federal, e.g., IPEDS, NSF-HERD, NSF-GSS, etc.
- State, e.g., USG data collections, data requests, etc.
- Higher education organizations, e.g., AAUDE, SREB, NSC, accrediting bodies, etc.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced certification may be preferred or required (some profiles may require additional education).
Required Experience
Four or more years of relevant experience.
Proposed Salary
Annual Salary Range: $75,751 to $80,000

This distinguished group comes from Computing, Engineering, Social Science and Business Colleges. The School of Cybersecurity & Privacy offers bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees.
