POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Advancement will lead fundraising strategy and execution during a pivotal time for the Players. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Artistic Director, Marketing, and the Board of Trustees, this position will focus on three core priorities: leading a capital campaign, establishing a robust planned giving program, and significantly increasing contributed revenue from our subscriber and donor base.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Portsmouth, NH, for an Assistant Project Manager. The individual will support the planning and execution of construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include overseeing expediting tasks, conducting project inspections, ensuring efficient logistics management, and assisting with daily project management operations. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to manage resources and timelines effectively
- Strong expertise in Project Management to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of tasks
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to monitor and ensure project quality standards
- Competency in Logistics Management to oversee materials and resource flow efficiently
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior relevant experience in construction or project management is a plus

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. What you will do in this role:
Inpatient wound care nurse to provide clinical oversight and coordinator for inpatient wound care services and nursing support to the outpatient wound care center when needed.
Also, assist in providing support in decisions regarding cost effective utilization of wound care dressings, and supplies and pressure reduction specialty beds.
Maintains tracking for IP wound care consultation volumes and quality data per hospital standards
Consultation, educational support and staff development activities that provide the bedside nurse with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage wounds will be critical to the success of the position.
In addition, the wound care nurse may provide consultative and educational services to patients and their family members to assist them in the management of their individual wound care needs.
Serve as liaison to nursing and quality departments in management of IP Wound outcomes.
- Active NH Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of experience in wound care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Must have wound care certifications

This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, leading frontline teams, and ensuring the compliant, timely production of clinical and commercial cell therapy products.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support cell and gene therapy manufacturing activities in compliance with established quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams to meet operational objectives while supporting individual career development.
- Ensure the timely and complete delivery of clinical and commercial materials.
- Oversee and align cross-functional manufacturing strategies, including EHS, training, gowning, materials management, visual inspection, advanced planning and scheduling (APS), cleaning, environmental monitoring, and financial oversight.
