WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Achieve individual sales targets and inspire others to achieve their goals

• Manage and maintain effective communications with the Store Manager

Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Analytics

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights will join a growing, collaborative and critical team leading key work to drive growth across the TJX portfolio of brands. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading insights and analysis to guide brand strategies, platform development, and creative. They will also be responsible for leading our consumer panel and understanding sentiment and perceptual trends impacting the TJX business.

The successful candidate should have expertise in leading research and analytics to guide brand and experience strategies. They demonstrate strong analytics and insight generation, business sense and strategic influencing, and ability to distill sophisticated data into a simple story. They will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of partners, including Brand Marketing, Media, Senior Leaders, other Insight & Analytic Leaders in US and globally and external research partners.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Envision and lead consumer insights work for two key TJX brands (such as segmentation, brand strategy, brand platform creative testing, consumer journey, etc.) to influence brand strategies and executions.
• Lead team in owning key customer panel insights from longitudinal and custom panel research and own and optimize the panel capability to drive greater impact and efficiency.
• Analyze quantitative data and understand the why behind the data through qualitative findings.
• Connect the dots across various data sources to determine overall implications and leverage insights as the basis to influence strategy.
• Lead direct report and key agencies/vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of proven experience in consumer insights, market research or analytics, including 4+ years leading and managing insight and analytic professionals / teams
• Background in leading end to end insight generation- envisioning the right approach, leading analysis, and generating insight and action- from primary research, including significant quantitative experience
• Experience influencing across a broad array of internal and external partners including guiding and influencing brand strategy
• Naturally curious with passion for understanding customer behavior and trends, advocating for the customer, and growing in the Insights & Analytics function
• Adept at presenting complex concepts in an easy to understand and actionable way
• Attention to details and able to grasp the big picture
• Experience in leading a team to develop, analyze, synthesize, and communicate data and insights effectively
• Strong collaboration and ability to keep projects on track
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products

This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of $113,600.00 to $147,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.

Pure Hockey is seeking a Graphic Designer who can lead consistent executions of all digital & print marketing deliverables, as well as assist in logo vectorization & apparel mockups. The role requires creativity, excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of brand identity and brand communications. The Graphic Designer will be able to visualize and create the look-and-feel of our business via our own lifestyle apparel, print ads, online ads, store signage, etc. 

Job Responsibilities

• Understand Pure Hockey’s design language and brand standards to implement across all graphic production.
• Work with multiple departments to execute design needs in a demanding environment.
• Create brand-specific graphics around product launches, which meet display and size requirements across all social, web, and print platforms. 
• Possess strong typography, layout, and design hierarchy skills. 
• Generate graphics for web and print based media, while recognizing the difference between CMYK and RGB; understand bleeds and trim lines for print graphics. 
• Create images for social media and e-mail platforms as requested.
• Create graphic apparel designs with an understanding of screen printing, composition, and color.
• Partner with the Team Sales department to help design and develop team sales orders including creating realistic samples for uniforms, jerseys, tees, and sweats, etc.
• Communicate and efficiently place orders with print and sign companies.
• Perform other graphic design requests and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital graphic design
• Hockey knowledge a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Must be able to manage multiple projects in a high energy, rapidly evolving environment. 
• Knowledge and understanding of design concepts and techniques, as well as working within a brand system and style guides.
• Ability to share and work as a collaborative team player in a demanding environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading design critiques with actionable feedback
• Excellent design and typography skills
• Experience with screen print a plus but not required.
• Collaboration, attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset are a must.

Our financial services client is looking for a Conversation Designer to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, hybrid role. Candidates can be located in Westwood, MA, Charlotte, NC, Johnston, RI, Iselin NJ, or Plano, TX!

The Conversation Designer will be responsible for creating, refining, and optimizing natural, human like voice interactions within our AWS Connect IVR system. This role will focus on designing intuitive conversational flows that enhance the customer experience and improve the effectiveness of our Voice Bot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design conversational workflows and dialogue scripts for AWS Connect based IVR experiences.

- Develop voice interaction models that align with business goals, customer needs, and best in class conversational design principles.

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of designed experiences.

- Analyze call data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving system understanding, response accuracy, and conversational fluidity.

- Create guidelines, prompts, and tone of voice standards to ensure consistency across all customer interactions.

- Conduct usability testing, tune bot responses, and iterate designs based on real world performance.

- Ensure all conversation designs adhere to compliance, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience designing conversational experiences for IVR, voice bots, or virtual assistants.

- Hands on experience with AWS Connect, Contact Flow design, and related AWS services.

- Strong understanding of natural language patterns, conversational UX, and voice interaction best practices.
