Job Summary: The Unit Secretary contributes to high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of clerical tasks. The Unit Secretary functions as receptionist for the unit and assists the patient care team while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately enters orders into the computer system, ensuring minimal shortages.
- Answers phones, manages patient records, schedules appointments, and ensures accurate documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Maintains patient charts and ensure labs, consults, and reports are retrieved and distributed promptly.
- Follows consult procedures accurately, ensuring physicians are notified and patient names are listed correctly. Assists physicians with labs and patient lists.

Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Responsibilities:Clinical Reimbursement Manager - MDS RN
Full-Time Onsite Position
Collaborates with the DON, Clinical Reimbursement Specialist (where applicable) and various disciplines to complete the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), and all associated processes. With guidance and oversight from the DON, the CRM ensures completion of the assessment within the timeframe as mandated by federal regulations and company policies. The CRM also manages the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Managed Care/Medicaid case mix documents in order to ensure appropriate and optimal reimbursement for services provided within the Care Center. Responsibilities also include assisting with the coordination of the resident care planning processes. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position.
Principal Accountabilities / Essential Job Functions:
• Reviews the clinical records, MD progress notes, therapy and nursing documentation in order to capture all care and services for optimal reimbursement.
• Ensures that participants in the assessment process complete an accurate and comprehensive assessment and collaborates with the Clinical Reimbursement Specialist (where applicable)or DON to address concerns.
• Tracks Medicare/Managed Care beneficiaries to determine continued and appropriate Medicare eligibility and benefit period by determining skilled level of need.
• Performs concurrent and ongoing MDS review to ensure appropriate PDPM category is achieved through the capture of appropriate clinical information.
• Manages the coordination of ICD-10 coding for Medicare and Managed Care billing.
• Directs the interdisciplinary team process to communicate opportunities to ensure capturing of all care, services, and diagnosis.
• Coordinates with rehabilitation services Program Director, Corporate Director of Clinical Reimbursement and Central Billing Office as needed to communicate case mix data required for accurate claim billing at month end.
• Reviews additional document requests by local Medicare Administrative Contractors, insurance carriers or auditors to ensure appropriate documentation is submitted timely for review.
• Encourages staff to report changes in the resident's status and involves the DON in addressing concerns.
• Confirms that residents and their families are actively involved in the information sharing and decision-making process.
• Completes resident assessment protocol documents within scope of practice.
• Assists with the completion of the resident care plan and the care plan conferences per requirements as requested by the DON.
• Provides resident and family education as needed.
• Identifies and reports deviations from safe practice to the DON. Adheres to policies and guidelines of regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA, CMS).
• Manages emergency situations based on the Company’s safety and disaster policies.

Ensure the provision of quality patient care to all hospitalized patients in the most efficient manner in accordance with company policy. Provides direct supervision and coordination of inpatient staff. Responsible for low volume monthly treatments. Key Responsibilities
Jewelry Merchandising and Presentation:
- Support the presentation and visual organization of the jewelry department to ensure an elevated and polished environment.
- Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Sales Manager and jewelry leadership to maintain floor presentation by designer and key assortment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry display both front of house and back of house
- Ensure jewelry showcases, display areas, and storage spaces remain organized and dust free
- Maintain vendor collateral and supporting materials for both client facing and operational use
- Provide requested photos of jewelry assortments for buyers and vendor partners
- Ensure all signage and product presentation standards are maintained
Operational Support:
Assist with daily operational functions that support the jewelry department and store operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support opening and closing procedures for the jewelry department and store in partnership with leadership
- Maintain adherence to POS standards, company policies, and operational procedures
- Assist with client transactions using Retail Pro when needed
- Support loss prevention standards and security protocols related to high value merchandise
- Assist with quality control checks and operational accuracy within the department
- Support the handling and receiving of high value shipments following company procedures
Inventory and Merchandise Management:
Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and operational organization within the jewelry department.
Responsibilities include:
- Support receiving, organizing, and verifying jewelry merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist with merchandise preparation for vendor returns, including packing, documentation, and shipment tracking
- Contribute to physical inventory counts and ongoing inventory accuracy efforts
- Assist with research and resolution of inventory discrepancies
- Support processes related to consignment merchandise
Trunk Shows and Events:
Support the preparation and execution of jewelry related events and trunk shows.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with packing, unpacking, and reconciliation of trunk show merchandise
- Support designers and leadership in merchandising trunk show assortments
- Assist with tracking leads, client engagement, and event related sales activity
- Support operational preparation and execution for jewelry events and activations
Store Support:
Assist with operational responsibilities that support the overall store environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Assist with safe access and merchandise handling during business hours
- Maintain organization and operational readiness within the jewelry department
