Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned unit.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing you to effectively communicate with diverse team members.
3.
Extensive experience with ADP software, or an equivalent HRIS.
4.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, including interviewing and onboarding.
5.
Solid knowledge of payroll administration.
6.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
8.
A strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
9.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
