This position is responsible for the handling of Auto Property Total Loss Claims in accordance with NJ Unfair Practices Act. The environment is fast paced with heavy phone work. RESPONSIBILITIES
Claim Negotiation & Settlement
- Negotiate and communicate first- and third-party total loss settlements per company and state guidelines across multiple jurisdictions (NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT).
- Review damage estimates to confirm vehicles are total losses.
- Settle claims within individual authority; escalate or seek supervisor approval when appropriate.
- Prepare payments to vehicle owners, banks, and lease companies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Document all settlements and actions in the claim file system.
- Maintain an effective diary system on pending files to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to privacy guidelines, laws, and regulations pertaining to claims handling.
Customer Communication
- Keep insureds and claimants updated on claim status and emerging issues.
- Act as an intermediary between the company, preferred vendors, and customers.
- Resolve disputes professionally, even in adversarial situations.
Vendor & Salvage Coordination
- Work directly with salvage vendors to move first-party vehicles and obtain salvage bids on third-party vehicles.
- Ensure service, loss, and expense control are always maintained.
Workflow & Adaptability
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Adjust quickly to fluctuating workload.
- Participate in catastrophic claim handling as requested.
- Obtain state licenses as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of claims handling or related insurance experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of vehicle types, features, and terminology.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and leasing concepts.

SALARY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $74,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Supervises the activities of the fleet required for the operations of an organization. Assigns, schedules, and coordinates activities of personnel and vendors. Responsible for providing psychosocial assessment, support to cancer patients and care givers along the cancer care continuum.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide psychosocial and support services to cancer patients and their care givers.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of patient, caregiver, and/or family biopsychosocial spiritual needs and ongoing assessment of coping.
Assess and foster patient, caregiver, and/or family coping, resiliency, and adaptability skills.
Assess patient, caregiver, and/or family members understanding of treatment options, diagnosis, side effects, outcomes etc.
Promote and facilitate communication between patients, caregiver(s), and/or family – including talking to their children about cancer.
Utilize patient self-assessed distress screening tool to identify barriers of care, emotional concerns, and levels of distress. Review and follow-up with patients/families.
Assess patient risk for abuse/neglect and refer for appropriate services.
Assess, refer, and/or provide treatment for depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
Collaborate with oncology team; assess and refer for substance use disorder.
Demonstrates knowledge of oncology specific and community resources. Make referrals as appropriate (transportation, financial assistance, housing, etc.).
Provide psychotherapeutic counseling for individuals, couples, families, and caregiver(s) to resolve relationship issues, coping difficulties, and other psychosocial stressors.
Facilitate goals of care/advanced care planning and end of life conversations.

Required:
1. MSW from an accredited school of social work.

The Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Claim Supervisor oversees the operation of 5-7 Claim Representatives devoted to the handling of PIP Claims in multiple States. This position is responsible for planning the activities and monitoring the results of the team’s efforts to achieve assigned goals and objectives for production and quality.
You will interact with your staff through regular Team Meetings as well as one-on-one developmental sessions. You will partner with management in review of the department’s pending and provide training, file handling, and advice to claims associates on an everyday basis. The ideal candidate for this position will have management skills and functional knowledge of the NJ Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act.
This position requires superior time management and organizational skills. The individual in this role should have superior interpersonal skills. This individual will oversee motivating their team in addition to ensuring healthy, positive morale through interaction with the group. Insurance designations or continuing education efforts to obtain the same are desirable but not required. Medical terminology, and an understanding of anatomy are helpful but not necessary.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $122,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In our Fragrance and Beauty division, we bring together creativity and science for consumer products. Reporting to a Category Director, and being onsite (4 days in office) in our East Hanover New Jersey Creative Center, you will initiate market research projects and build consumer understanding. As a Consumer Insights Manager in our Personal Care Products division, you will partner with our our teams to support fragrance development and deliver upon sales goals. You will be a category expert sharing your knowledge with our internal and external clients.
- Lead Research - Lead market research for regional or cross regional projects by applying the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet the project end goals. Support sales and development teams as the market research expert in direct contact with clients; discuss and review strategies, methodologies, and results.
- Business Partner - Work with internal colleagues on Personal Care projects. Throughout the fragrance development cycle, provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development. Additionally, help build rationale to support our submissions. Work with category teams to identify gaps in knowledge and to develop and test hypotheses relating to insights into consumer behavior.
- Project Management - Full management of Personal Care Customer Insights projects. This includes study design, cost management, and negotiations with agencies. Additionally, it involves quality checks, hands-on data analysis, including statistical testing, insight development, and results presentations. Participation in the digital agenda.
You?
- University Degree (Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistic, Science) Advanced Degree Helpful
- 5+ years of experience in consumer market research
- Understanding of statistics - in-depth understanding of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design
- Demonstrate competent knowledge and use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (protocols, designs, questionnaires)
- Familiar with data reduction, consumer segmentation, and driver analysis techniques to interrogate data from different perspectives, to develop hypotheses for fragrance development and arguments to support submissions

JOB PURPOSE
This role will manage transversal PPD development projects including strategic catalog maintenance updates, plant transfers, and new product launches. The position is designed to provide short-term coverage for maternity leave (7 months) with potential opportunity to manage a full product launch from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a seasoned developer with strong leadership skills, strategic agility, and preferably prior client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage project timelines, identifying key tasks and milestones to ensure on-time launches in compliance with client's Quality systems
- Present launch and transversal project reviews; escalate risks to operational and divisional leadership
- Guide Marketing in new innovation briefs to ensure design aligns with Agility, Profitability, and client For the Future (L4TF) initiatives
- Engage Operations and cross-functional stakeholders for project ownership
- Lead project review meetings and resolve roadblocks impacting progress
- Analyze launch viability in terms of cost, timeline, and sustainability
- Drive risk assessment with Operations and R&I partners; track mitigation plans and secure backup options
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and R&I on harmonization, profitability, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage plant transfers and coordinate feasibility costs, COG analysis, and value analysis support
- Research and develop packaging components; coordinate with R&D

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or related technical discipline required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in package/product development and project management (cosmetics, consumer goods, or related field preferred)
- Technical packaging experience a plus
- Experience developing products for global markets preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to move projects forward
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Must be onsite as this is an essential function of the position
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior client experience strongly preferred (contractor or ex-employee, subject to HR approval)

What you’ll Do
As Social Media Manager you will play a critical role in amplifying Doceree’s marketing efforts across LinkedIn (primary focus), Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). This role will develop and execute channel-wise promotion strategies for ongoing campaigns and larger marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of organic and paid social media strategies, with proven experience in running paid lead-generation campaigns for B2B brands.
Campaign Amplification:
- Strategically promote Doceree’s ongoing marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and larger brand initiatives through organic and paid efforts.
Paid Social & Lead Generation:
- Plan, execute, and optimize boosted posts and paid campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads, especially on LinkedIn.
Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion rates, etc.), making data-backed recommendations to improve performance.
Audience Targeting & Ad Optimization:
- Leverage platform-specific targeting tools to reach the right HCP and pharma marketing audience for maximum impact.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, creative, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment across platforms.
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B marketing to keep Doceree’s approach ahead of the curve.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on B2B brands.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including lead-gen campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in boosting posts and running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to craft platform-specific strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or technology marketing is a strong plus.
