The Institutional Research Data Analyst will also be expected to perform various duties specific to institutional research, including but not limited to:

• Responding to intermediate to high difficulty/complexity ad-hoc data and analysis requests
• Adhering to federal, state, and institutional policies, regulations, and requirements related to data security, privacy, and governance

• Completing or supporting the completion of externally-driven compliance and data-related reporting including

  • Federal, e.g., IPEDS, NSF-HERD, NSF-GSS, etc.

Educational Requirements

The candidate can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. Provide technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues within the institution. This role involves diagnosing problems, implementing fixes, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of technology services provided to faculty, staff, and students. Manage IT inventory to include initial set up, installation, and decommissioning of equipment.
