Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term.
