Job Responsibilities And Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares for surgery daily by stocking operating rooms according to PAR levels, checking each operating room for proper equipment for cases scheduled, and checking case carts for instrumentation needs.
• Restocks warmers throughout the day with fluids, blankets, etc. Orders supplies from central supply/dispatch. Performs daily diagnostic testing and recording of sterilization equipment according to hospital policy and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Restocks and cleans all anesthesia equipment used, transporting equipment and supplies to other service areas of hospital as needed.
• Assists with the maintenance of surgery equipment by reporting malfunctions to the proper personnel.
• Assists in maintaining unit efficiency by cleaning operating rooms between procedures, washing instruments between procedures, and flash sterilizing instruments under the direction of a certified surgical tech or registered nurse.
• Assists with lifting and turning patients, transporting patients, and assisting in pre/post op areas and PACU as needed.
• Exhibits excellent verbal communication skills and commitment to patient satisfaction 100% of the time. Utilizes service recovery skills by reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintains communication with operating room director, management, anesthesiologist, CRNAs, and appropriate service representatives to ensure efficient work flow.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Leo Cancer Care is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel / General Counsel to serve as the company’s lead legal advisor and a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving, FDA-regulated medical device environment.

The General Counsel will oversee all legal affairs across the U.S. and European markets, ensuring strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal infrastructure to support a high-growth organization. This role requires deep experience in commercial contracting, corporate and securities matters, intellectual property strategy coordination, and FDA-regulated business operations.

The successful candidate will also play a critical role in helping position the company for future strategic transactions and potential public market activity by building the legal, governance, disclosure, and compliance infrastructure necessary for IPO readiness and public company operations. This includes partnering with executive leadership, finance, and external advisors on securities matters, disclosure controls, Board governance, and legal support for major financing and capital markets initiatives.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role involves frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally over 100 pounds). Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception.

Pay Transparency

The pay for this position ranges from *$22.62 to $41.42 per hour.

What You Will Do

Gradually learn the business with the goal of developing your own customer base

Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate diagnostic services or repairs

Provide accurate estimates

Coordinate services or repairs with technicians and parts department

Follow-up with customers on repair status and charges for repairs

Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical bulletins

Communicate with our internal sales team and complete our sales vehicles working with our technicians.
