Primary Responsibilities:
- Policies and Procedures - Develop and maintain all department policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with department procedures and control standards, adjusting existing and/or implementing additional controls as needed.
- Audit Management - Coordinate department preparation and short/long-term responses to internal and external audits and exams.
- Department Operations - Plan operational improvements, resolve operational problems, and take corrective action to ensure effective operations. Determine staffing requirements; oversight of selection, development, and management of staff; direct training and development of staff to ensure operational depth and maximize use of strengths and abilities. - Products and Services - Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of new products and services. Remain knowledgeable of banking industry trends or issues in order to assist in the assessment of needs and opportunities for service enhancements or new products.
- Customer Service - Assist other department employees with activities related to deposit and treasury management services and related products. Provide assistance to other employees by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactions. Develop and recommend unit quality, productivity, and service level goals as well as provide input for other areas of the Bank.
- Core Conversion & Maintenance - Collaborate with the Core Banking Systems Administrator to update and maintain core banking and ancillary systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of Core System experience required.
- 10+ Prior banking experience required.
- Experience leading diverse teams from entry level to middle manager.
- Sound education in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
- Strong accounting and math skills.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with frequent routine changes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with ease.

Lender and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The Commercial Solar Lender plays a pivotal role in advancing the commercial solar lending segment within the Digital Branch. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of all commercial solar loan applications received through the portal, ensuring the accuracy of application information, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with bank counterparts to provide status updates to installers, ensuring seamless communication. For C&I Solar Loan applications that meet the automated decision criteria, verify accuracy and finalize processing. Job Responsibilities
* Underwrite and recommend action on loan applications to small and mid-size commercial businesses and professional practices based on current SBA guidelines. Loans range in size from $200,000 to $5,000,000 and include loans to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, equipment, business and professional practice acquisitions, business expansions and debt refinancing.
* Apply conventional judgmental analysis as the primary underwriting method.
* Provide detailed requests for credit approval including financial statement analysis, business history, collateral adequacy, credit background & management's ability in order to determine credit worthiness.
* Identify and properly mitigate credit weaknesses and policy exceptions.
* Act as a liaison between credit administration and the sales team with frequent direct client contact, as necessary.
* Determine and assign credit risk ratings.
* Review and evaluate third party reports.
* As directed, provide ongoing portfolio management of the loan portfolio through annual reviews, renewal of existing credit facilities, monitoring financial and covenant compliance, and servicing modification requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Timely and proper inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation of customer equipment in a manner that exceeds customer expectations and that is consistent with Rite-Hite's image as the industry leader in customer service.
Develop and maintain good customer relations in a manner that exemplifies Rite-Hite's image and commitment to customer service.
Compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines.
Perform installation, inspection, and repair of equipment in the field in an expeditious manner while assuring the customer's needs are met and exceeded. This is mainly accomplished individually but may sometimes be accomplished in small teams.
As skills and knowledge develop, guide other Service Technicians with less skills/knowledge through complex problems in the field. This may include training other Service Technicians in the proper field installation, service and repair of equipment and proper administrative procedures instilling Rite-Hite's commitment to customer service.
Using the handheld devices (or paper backup forms if needed) accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with field service, repair, and installation, including service tickets, timesheets, open job tracking form and safety analysis sheets.
Maintain compliance with operation and communication standards as per the Field Service Technician Handbook.
This position requires the operation of a service vehicle in compliance with DOT Driver Qualification standards, as well as truck-based cranes, forklifts, welders, torches, and power and hand tools.
Follow all customer-specific requirements, policies, safety guidelines and directions on their work sites.
Work closely with all other departments in the company, communicating and coordinating activities to efficiently maximize customer satisfaction.
"Occasional (under 20% annually) domestic overnight travel may be required for training, supporting customers at other offices, etc. may be required."

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The successful individual will possess:
Experience in the dock and door industry
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and
One to five year's experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment

The ideal individual will demonstrate:

Passing DOT medical exam
