Position: As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in assembling, testing and verifying precision components for our cruise missile, ensuring every piece meets rigorous standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Following manufacturing and assembling processes, building various subsystems of the missile system along with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers.
  • Perform various testing procedures throughout the assembly to ensure work products meet the desired requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production leadership and others to troubleshoot assembly issues, optimize workflows, and implement lean manufacturing improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace, conducting routine inspections and safety checks.
  • Support other production line elements (warehousing, parts management, etc…) on an as-needed basis.


Qualifications:

  • 1-7 years in manufacturing and/or aerospace assembly.
  • Associate's degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications; familiarity with precision tools and machinery.

Overview This is a hands-on technical position ideal for an early-career engineer interested in the intersection of software, infrastructure, and defense systems.

Position Summary We are seeking a proactive Systems/Software Integration Engineer (1-5 years of experience including internships) to assist with the deployment, configuration, and validation of complex software solutions across multiple computing environments.

This early-career role combines elements of software integration, system testing, and DevOps support within an Agile framework.

Primary Responsibilities Perform software integration and validation tasks in alignment with established DevOps processes Verify functional updates, apply patches, and conduct regression testing to confirm system stability across varied hardware and operating systems Identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues related to networking, virtualization, or software compatibility Capture test results and prepare supporting documentation consistent with Agile and DevOps reporting standards Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within a collaborative Agile team MUST HAVES Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field At least 1 year experience working professionally in a DevOps enviornment Linux experience (RHEL) Experience/knowledge with setting up or managing Virtual Machines (this would not be a complete dealbreaker if candidate has experience in the majority of the rest) Python and/or Bash scripting skils Approximately 1–5 years of relevant technical experience (including internships or co-ops) Active Secret clearance with the U.S.

Department of Defense at time of hire (Must be active, or have been active within 2 years so that it can be activated without a new investigation) NICE TO HAVES: Virtualization platforms such as oVirt, RHV, VMware vSphere/ESXI, or similar Experience with Kubernetes Containerization tools such as Docker or Podman or similar Version control and issue tracking tools such as Jira and Bitbucket Networking fundamentals including basic switch setup and configuration Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate exchange, DoD cybersecurity standards, RMF, etc Vulnerability assessment or compliance scanning tools (e.g., ACAS or equivalent) Experience integrating and testing software within mixed hardware/software environments Exposure to continuous integration and automated testing frameworks Interested in hearing more?
