POSITION SUMMARY:
Controls Technicians monitor the control systems of automated equipment. They use software to verify that the controls are within certain parameters and work to quickly troubleshoot problems when they arise to avoid or minimize interruptions to production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing all aspects of the building automation systems.
* Must have the ability to maintain, improve, and participate in troubleshooting HVAC equipment serving throughout mission critical facilities.
* Install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools
* Oversight and hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical and mechanical systems are desired, across the spectrum of technologies that support continuous operations.
* Basic writing and verbal skills are required. Effectively communicate with the site management team and the customer to understand requirements and solve complex facility system problems.
* An understanding or ability to quickly learn electrical and mechanical systems along with prior experience with facilities system troubleshooting is highly desirable.
* This position may collaborate with other specialized technicians, mechanics or subcontractors to perform facility-related maintenance and repairs.
* Provides instruction, mentors and trains less skilled technicians as needed.
* Mechanical and Electrical systems oversight, oversee and monitor all components of the site infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.
* Participate in test & commissioning phases of construction for validation of programming
* Perform data integration of equipment utilizing various field protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
* Monitor's suppliers and third-party vendors as required
* Communicate with remote and local supporting personnel via email and telephone
* Demonstrates attention to detail, good comprehensive and analytical skills, and excellent organizational skills.
* Understands company policies and enforces safety regulations. Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tag-out procedures.
* Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.
* Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
* High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
* Five years of experience performing Control System / Building Automation/Management System service and repair in a data center, heavy industrial, or pharmaceutical/biomedical environment, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Knowledge of data center infrastructure including related HVAC and electrical equipment.
* Preferred experience with Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) or other systems such as ALC, Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Siemens and associated instrumentation.
* Experience troubleshooting Control Systems, BAS/BMS systems including but not limited to (Automated Logic, Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom, etc.)
* Possess knowledge of Building Systems sequence of operations
* Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing process mechanical systems
* MUST BE A US CITIZEN

What You'll Do
The Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling all sales orders while providing the highest level of customer service and sales support to our customers and partners. Our ideal candidate will exhibit people skills and extreme attention to detail, is a team player and a problem solver with critical thinking skills.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for processing orders. With attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and critical thinking to fulfill the complex orders we receive into our system.
- Work with Sales or others to obtain necessary documentation required for each order.
- Review contracts, verify data and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with our customers and partners and assist in the support requests related to licensing upgrades, reallocations, and provisioning.

- This individual will be trained on multiple responsibilities. As our business needs change, they will be flexible, shifting their time between job responsibilities/functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or other equivalent experience in areas relating to order fulfillment, customer service or data entry required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer programs including MS Office

Qualifications
- Master's Degree AuD in Audiology Required
Work Experience
- Completion of an accredited doctoral program in audiology Required

- Deliver personalized care with a mixture of technological expertise and a positive commitment to meeting patient and family needs.
- As part of the supportive interdisciplinary team, gain experience and competence in caring for patients that require cardiac and thoracic surgeries and procedures, heart and/or lung transplants, medical devices such as ECMO and those with a variety of cardiovascular medical diagnoses.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- Six (6) months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health’s Nurse Residency Program with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation on unit/similar unit. Required
- Relevant RN Experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications

Position Summary
As a Front Office Supervisor, you play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk and Valet/Bellperson teams. You are a frontline leader in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from arrival through departure. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a talent for leadership, and demonstrates outstanding customer service.
The position supports the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Director of Rooms in coordinating guest services and team supervision, ensuring alignment with The Edgewater’s standards of excellence. You’ll lead by example, handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, and assist with training and development of front office staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Supervise Front Desk and Valet/Bellstaff operations during assigned shifts
- Greet guests, oversee arrivals and departures, manage room assignments and special requests
- Provide information about hotel services, local events, dining, and room availability
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure compliance with The Edgewater’s brand standards and front office procedures
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest and hotel information
- Monitor and balance individual cash bank and ensure accurate transactions
- Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating front office staff
- Support departmental accounting tasks, including guest accounts and receipts
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or front office management role (hospitality experience preferred)
