Job Profile

Amagi is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to our President of Global Business. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution in a hyper-growth environment.

The Opportunity

You'll operate at the center of Amagi's global revenue engine: partnering with the President and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and flawless execution of strategic priorities across revenue, product, engineering delivery, and customer-facing functions spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the President to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across the business.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Serve as a connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Operations.
• Drive strategic programs that don't have a natural owner (e.g., GTM-Product alignment, Delivery transformation, go-to-market for new product line)
• Ensure effective communication and execution across global regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Partner with functional leaders to remove roadblocks and improve speed of decision-making.
• Manage special projects (eg. due diligence for M&A, post-merger integration, organizational redesign)

Organizational Effectiveness

• Partner with People/HR teams to support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Support hiring of senior leaders (participate in interviews, conduct back-channeling, facilitate onboarding)
• Help scale leadership operating models and management rhythms as the company grows globally.

Skills and Expertise Required

Required

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies, with progressive responsibility across multiple functions
• Strategy consulting or investment banking pedigree OR GM/operator experience leading P&L or major business unit
• MBA from top-tier program strongly preferred (not required for exceptional operators)
• Multi-functional fluency: Deep understanding of at least 2 of: Revenue/GTM, Product Management, Engineering/Delivery, Business Operations
• Financial acumen: Can build P&L models, analyze unit economics, assess business cases, and speak CFO's language
• Strategic thinking: Track record of shaping business strategy and driving strategic initiatives

Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $240,000 USD (annual), plus performance pay incentive. In accordance with local pay transparency laws, this reflects the expected base pay range for this role in the United States. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, training, and location.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.

You'll provide technical and architectural guidance on flight software components, from flight controls to redundancy management. You'll work closely with leads across Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC), Avionics, Systems, and Hardware to develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure your team is unblocked and empowered to deliver robust, reliable, and certifiable flight software enabling advanced autonomy.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline

• 7+ years of professional experience in real-time embedded software development (C/C++)

• 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role

As a Senior Software Engineer - Engineering Productivity at Reliable Robotics, you will design, and implement software to support the development, analysis, and certification of automated aircraft systems. You will work closely with product owners and end users to develop solutions that enable and optimize engineering development workflows. The software you produce will be critical to the development and certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

As a Mission Systems Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. The Systems & Safety Team is responsible for architecting systems that support novel safety-critical functions, establishing development methodologies for new technologies, and complying with the federal regulations.

As part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to expanding the aircraft's mission and functional capabilities. Your first-hand pilot experience and your engineering experience in design and development will further strengthen the team's ability to meet rigorous expectations of stakeholders and certification authorities. You will collaborate with members from other groups within Reliable Robotics to develop new and novel systems necessary for unmanned aircraft operations.

Responsibilities

• In your role as a Mission Systems Engineer you will contribute to the development of prototypes and certifiable safety-critical flight systems in a dynamic start-up work environment

• Define and document mission-related aspects of future aircraft operation using insight from a pilot's perspective

• Define and communicate strategies and plans for type certification and operational approval

• Develop training and support documents needed to deploy autonomous systems in an operational environment

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Define new/novel functions necessary to control autonomous aircraft and manage contingencies

• Define the relationship between the vehicle, pilot, and support system for remotely operated autonomous aircraft

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer, you will develop the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we develop are safe to fly and help provide a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems team architects, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.

A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts within our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position.
