The Planet Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to collaborate with project teams to develop electrical designs including system layouts, schematics and wiring diagrams to create and modify electrical drawing for industrial equipment, building systems and automation.
- 7+ years of related experience and an associate degree in electrical design, drafting technology, or related fields
- Utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks Electrical) to create and modify electrical drawings, maintain proficiency in design software
- Designing electrical systems for industrial machinery, building systems, automation, or other applications, specify and select electrical components, equipment, and materials,

As a Regional Medical Director, you are the clinical standard-bearer for your hospitals. Manages patient care in home therapies programs while maintaining cost-effective clinical operations. Provides direction and guidance to the interdisciplinary team providing care to the Home Therapies patients to ensure that the highest standard of care is provided. Collaborates with the Business Unit management team to grow the assigned Home Therapies programs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the operations of multiple Home Therapies programs with direct responsibility for results, including growth, patient retention, program costs, operational methods, scheduling, and staffing.
- Directs activities related to the area’s strategic plans, goals and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the region, division, and company. Implements quality goals and action plans to achieve quality standards.
- Collaborates with operations leaders, market development, in-center leadership and patient education and quality teams to promote home therapies growth in assigned programs.
- Responsible for profit and loss management of the assigned program including optimal performance of program operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
- Directs and manages all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients in assigned programs from admission through discharge of the patient. Provides direction, guidance, and support to staff members to ensure the safe and effective delivery of home therapy support care to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
- Oversees patient and caregiver readiness and ability to perform dialysis treatments at home and assesses environment for suitability in the ongoing delivery of home dialysis therapy, including training patients and caregivers on the safe and effective operation and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Manages patient experience efforts by supporting company patient satisfaction initiatives, embodying the company values and patient experience drivers while encouraging others to do the same.
- Ensures competency of staff in the operation of all home dialysis therapy-related equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems with the patient via telephone, maintaining appropriate staff licensures and CPR certifications.
- Responsible for management of program supplies, equipment tracking, ensures that orders are replenished in a consistent and timely manner.
- Directs activities related to the Continuous Quality Assurance Improvement, patient retention and Clinical Algorithm Adoption, patient access management and patient training success.
- Directs data entry related activities such as patient admission, regulatory reporting, billing, physician orders, lab results, vital signs, patient status and any other treatment related data into systems.
- Ensures regulatory, compliance, and audit activities are accomplished on time.
- Orients and supports all new home therapies staff and provides ongoing education, ensuring compliance with all risk management initiatives, including in-center staff.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, and counseling employees, including performance reviews, disciplinary action, and terminations.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters.

- 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients.

- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or upscale hospitality environment
- Prior experience as Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Culinary degree preferred but not required with relevant experience

The club was originally named Green Valley Country Club but was renamed Hoover Country Club in 2006 in honor of founder William Henry Hoover Sr. From 1972–1982 Green Valley CC hosted the LPGA Tour’s Birmingham Classic. Position Concept:
The Director of Clubhouse Operations is responsible for exceeding expectations for members and guests throughout the clubhouse and aquatics areas. This position oversees daily operations of the clubhouse team including front-of-house dining, aquatics, and housekeeping. The role focuses on developing a professional service culture, supporting strong member engagement, and maintaining financial responsibility while highlighting the amenities and programming at Hoover Country Club.
Specific Responsibilities:
Ø Manages long-range staffing needs of the front-of-house, aquatics, and housekeeping teams
Ø Oversees the overall operation of the clubhouse and pool at the direction of the membership’s House Committee
Ø Ensures effective onboarding and training for all new team members
Ø Implements team development and training activities for clubhouse staff
Ø Maintains a visible presence in dining outlets to monitor and enhance the member dining experience
Ø Plans and coordinates member engagement events and social programming
Ø Maintains presence at major member events and club banquets
Ø Works with department heads to ensure events are both operationally and financially successful
Ø Works directly with the Executive Chef and culinary team to manage all food and beverage experiences
Ø Maintains appearance and cleanliness of the clubhouse and aquatics areas
Ø Implements and enforces policies and procedures for clubhouse and aquatics operations
Ø Follows standard human resource practices including job descriptions, performance reviews, and staff development
Ø Manages financial performance of the clubhouse operation and reports monthly to the Finance Committee
Ø Develops procedures for revenue generation and cost controls
Ø Assists in developing annual budgets for clubhouse operations
Ø Works with the Executive Chef to maintain effective cleaning and sanitation processes within the culinary operation
Ø Assumes responsibility for the clubhouse operation in the absence of the General Manager

The Role We Want You For
As a Project Superintendent with SEI, you will be based on the construction project site. In this role you will be responsible for overall project execution, quality, safety, and schedule of various scopes. These scopes may include structural, mechanical, electrical, and other trades related to building and process systems on highly complex projects nationwide. These responsibilities will cover the full life cycle of the project including planning, construction, start up, testing, commissioning, and turnover. All of these functions will have a specific focus relative to self-perform execution of respective scopes of work.
The Specifics of the Role
- Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to assure that there are always adequate project resources.
- Supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Direct and oversee all field activities for industrial construction projects, including structural, mechanical, and electrical work.
- Ensure project milestones and schedules are met without compromising safety or quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers.
- Provide clear direction to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industrial codes.

- Participate in progress/productivity tracking and lead efforts to adjust and optimize execution accordingly.
- Participate in cost review meetings and regularly monitor cost tracking systems.
- Track inventory and manage procurement requests.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, including progress updates, resource usage, and safety incidents.
- Review and approve timesheets, material orders, and other site-related documentation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations and on-site problem-solving.
- Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, and vendors to provide updates and address concerns.
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certifications in construction or industrial trades is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Experience in industrial projects such as manufacturing facilities, power plants, refineries.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes, heavy equipment operation, and structural systems.
- Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
- Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Strong understanding of productivity tracking and industry standard production rates.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- OSHA 30 and other safety certifications.
