Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required, with demonstrated leadership experience in a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager role.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and data analysis.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN License in the State of Texas or a Multi-State Compact License required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications highly preferred
• CEN or nurse leadership certification preferred

• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) solutions, such as Oracle, Postgres, or related systems.
• Experience working with Systems and Software Engineers to implement, and modify backend databases to interact with applications within a development environment.
• Experience virtualizing or containerizing databases.
• Experience using Linux command line to perform database administration activities.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.
