Job Description Summary
The Acute Dialysis Unit provides inpatient dialysis services at 2 locations: MUSC Main Hospital has a 10-bed unit located on the fifth floor of the Main Hospital Building. Ashley River Tower and Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital is supported with a 4-bed unit located on the 6th floor of ART. Service is provided 24/7. The two Dialysis Units are fully staff Monday through Saturday 06:30-19:00. After hours/Sundays are covered by limited in-house and on call coverage. Due to clinical needs, we may run patients in their inpatient room as a bedside procedure. Patients commonly treated by the dialysis unit include acute and chronic renal failure patients admitted as inpatient under various medical services for various acute conditions. We also support Renal Transplant patients working through their transplant process. These patient populations do include both Adults and Pediatrics. Primary services include Hemodialysis, but we also support transfusions, antibiotic therapy, and peritoneal dialysis support.Up to $10k sign-on bonus for full-time position with a 2-year service agreement for external candidates who have a minimum of 2-years of Dialysis experience.

Position Description:
Serves as the Technical Director (TD) for the Naval Shipbuilding and Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence (NSAM CoE), a program within the Naval Technologies Division. The TD will provide key management and programmatic support to accomplish the core mission of identifying, developing, and transitioning advanced shipbuilding and manufacturing technology to U.S. shipbuilders and other relevant defense industry. The TD provides technical assessments and recommendations on specific shipbuilding and other naval related technologies as required by the Government. The TD is a key part of the program efforts to develop and maintain working relationships and technical interchanges with shipyards and/or other relevant industries, with a focus on facilitating technology transfer to the nation’s shipyards and other defense industries. The TD is intimately involved in the program's efforts to reduce the cost and time to build and repair the key naval platforms that are identified in the government sponsor's Program-directed Investment Strategy.

Essential Functions:
With only occasional guidance needed from the Executive Director or Division Lead, responsible for the NSAM CoE’s project development activities. Provides technical, programmatic, and financial oversight and guidance to the various project teams in executing a diverse R&D portfolio.
- Assures that project management and technical oversight activities are performing satisfactorily.
- Provides technical assessments and recommendations on specific shipbuilding and other naval related technologies.
- Researches and assesses technical/technology advancements in related ManTech focus areas. Includes identifying novel solutions/industry members in support of the Navy’s investment strategy
- Attends and participates in meetings dealing with the operations and management of the NSAM CoE, outreach conferences and symposia, strategic planning activities and any other meetings as needed.
- Assists NSAM CoE technical staff in developing/preparing the project Statement of Work, establishing project deliverables, completion criteria and Go/No-Go metrics, as as other sponsor-directed deliverables.
- Participates in selected project kickoff meetings, quarterly reviews, and periodic project update teleconferences.
- Assists NSAM COE Executive Director and Deputy Director in personnel and resource allocations.
- Interacts daily with the Division and NSAM CoE staff, contracts personnel and financial personnel.
- Travels and participates in ManTech Conferences/Workshops as directed by the NSAM CoE government sponsor. The events vary, but typically includes the Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC), ShipTech, NSRP All Panel Meeting and other approved conferences/workshops. The government sponsor may also direct participation/ attendance at other National and International Technology Trade Shows.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Review technical deliverables and external project presentations as needed.
- Travel and participate in meetings in support of Project Development and Management efforts. Typically, these meetings include future FY planning meetings at specific shipyards and industrial facilities; project kickoff and coordination meetings, final project reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A technical BS degree in Engineering, Science or a related field from an accredited university plus five years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing technology development programs required. An advanced degree highly preferred. Additional years of relevant experience in program development and management highly preferred.
- A thorough understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies with the ability to recognize areas of manufacturing needs and evaluate potential solutions related to the Naval Research Enterprise required. Experience with digital manufacturing associated with digital twin/thread processes highly preferred.
- Experience in identifying technology needs and understanding of technology transition/implementation processes required. Experience working with Navy and/or Marine Corps commands/program offices preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired. MS Access experience a plus.

The Position
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our growing team in Conway, SC. Our Superintendent will work directly with the customer, monitoring project performance and resolving technical and operational questions as they arise. His/Her responsibilities include coordinating daily project schedules and work requirements with the Project Manager and the customer, overseeing project access, and keeping the Project Manager and the customer informed of work progress through daily reports and informal jobsite discussions. The Superintendent is always expected to be courteous and appropriately responsive to the customer and the facility staff, and may discuss progress, scheduling, quality of work, material issues as they arise.
- Responsible for managing single or multiple projects depending on scope and magnitude.
- Responsible for coordinating daily project activities and serving as a liaison with subcontractors, architects, utilities, and others to ensure the project is being completed on schedule;
- This is Superintendent position where the offeror will be responsible for completing some of the construction activities. By example, but not limited to, the Superintendent will responsible for setting up temporary facilities, supporting the demolition of the existing elements or providing carpentry support.
- Responsible for monitoring the overall project progress and preparing job records.
- Responsible for ensuring daily project operations are maintained and work is completed per the project schedule.
- Will be participating in project construction development and planning;
- Manages processing utility requests for construction projects;
- Will be representing the company regarding onsite construction quality control reviews;
- Responsible for making recommendations and processing change order requests in coordination with the Project Manager;
- Will be reviewing punch lists and ensuring punchlist work is completed;
- Responsible for assuring construction documents are met;
- This is a list of primary tasks for this position, and the Superintendent may be tasked with providing company support on other projects as directed.
- The Superintendent will be responsible for learning Procore, and maintaining project records in the Procore Project Management software.
- Offeror will be provided a computer and access to other software as needed for these responsibilities.
- This position will require the person to utilize digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, to manage and complete tasks.
- Offeror must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license. Offeror will be responsible for being on time to work at the various projects.
- E2 Development’s projects may require obtaining approval for site access. This offer is contingent upon being able to obtain approval for site access.

- The Patient Services Representative III Floater PSR III represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life defining health decisions.
- The PSR III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR III has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
- The PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
- Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctors office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
- Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.

- Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
- Perform verification of patient demographic info initials including patient signature post venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.

Job Requirements
- Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal onsite supervision.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
- Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on call and overtime.

- Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience
- Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard data entry experience.
