THE WORK
The GG SIGNAL SWE leading multi faceted mission critical system development, deployment and evolution. The successful candidate will provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support, analyze signals of interest, and design software modules for advanced signal processing. This role requires expertise in both coding and signal processing to optimize customer accesses and develop innovative processing solutions. The following are the primary functions of the position:
• Provides concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest.
• Develops, tests, and implements digital signal processing algorithms for satellite communication systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and software engineers to integrate DSP software into overall system architecture

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years or more of professional experience. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
• RF signals analysis
• Demonstrated experience coding C/C++ and Python
• Ability to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment
• Experience with message queue implementation/ communication

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,200 - $225,975. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PPSM support includes all DISA owned and supported ISs and DISA authorized Cloud Service Offerings.

Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all systems are registered in PPSM and eMASS, processing DD2875 requests within four days and auditing access annually.

General Summary of Position
MedStar Health is committed to providing world-class compassionate care to every patient every time at every touch point during the experience. All associates are accountable for their role in meeting patient experience standards.Performs clinical and administrative duties in the MedStar Health Settings consistent with policies & procedures. Clinical Care Specialists (CCSs) certified as Radiologic Technologists also perform and transmit X-ray diagnostic images. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- This technician will support a large federal agency's Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment
- This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all production activities, material flow, production planning, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of biotechnology instrumentation
- Execute corporate operations strategies, standards, and KPIs at the site level; establish performance targets and implement monitoring systems to drive on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and optimal resource utilization
- Manage site-level budget, cost control, and operational results; identify and implement cost-reduction strategies and margin improvement opportunities without compromising quality
- Oversee purchasing, procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and warehousing operations to ensure material availability, favorable commercial terms, and supply chain efficiency

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, assembly, or plant management, preferably in industrial, engineered products, or precision instrumentation environments
- Proven track record managing site-level operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EHS requirements, and U.S. labor law in manufacturing settings
