Customer Service & Accounting Support Specialist (AR/AP)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales/Order Administrator to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will act as the primary order entry/customer service/accounting point of contact for customers, including key medical device accounts, while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth order management, efficient sales operations, and accurate administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary order entry/customer service point of contact for Phototherapy customers, providing professional communication, service excellence, and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage the full order process from entry to confirmation, including sales and shop order creation, order changes, RMA requests, and customer follow-up, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Review and coordinate incoming quote requests, working closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, sales data, and documentation within CRM and ERP systems.
- Partner with operations, quality/regulatory and engineering teams to track order status, delivery schedules, and other customer requirements

- Proactively engage with customers regarding large or high-value invoices, ensuring timely payment and prompt follow-up on overdue payments
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting by providing regular updates on the timing and status of expected customer payments. Coordinate with finance on payment applications, handling of credit notes, refunds, or adjustments as required.
- Verify and monitor customer credit limits
- Process and apply customer payments through cash application, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
- Conduct collections on past-due invoices, communicating with customers to resolve discrepancies and reduce outstanding balances.
- Perform invoice data entry for Accounts Payable (AP), verifying accuracy and proper coding before processing.
- Execute 3-way matching of AP invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to payment.
- Reconcile Concur and American Express expense reports, ensuring accurate processing, receipt verification, and adherence to company expense policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations in all sales-related documentation.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional
experience will be considered.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Videographer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video and photo
content. This role oversees both pre- and post-production workflows, including shooting, editing, and equipment maintenance, to support diverse marketing initiatives and company events. The
Videographer ensures all visual assets align with established brand standards and contribute to the
overall growth of the company’s digital presence.

certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Need to be
comfortable with heights; ability to climb ladders/extension ladders. Ability to climb, traverse and
maneuver across different roof levels while adhering to fall protection requirements as necessary.
Skills required in Adobe Creative Cloud include Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat along with proficiency in Microsoft Office a

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
CLINIC OPERATIONS:
- Manages the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead food service operations within a dynamic K-12 environment in Cleveland, Ohio. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high standards for food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, financial management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service while supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage salaried managers and hourly associates within the Food Service Department
- Oversee the overall management and operational performance of the account, including direct client interaction
- Train and develop Assistant Food Service Directors to support growth and future contract opportunities
- Drive innovative programs to increase student participation and support academic success through nutrition programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district administrative staff and leadership teams
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and development of team members
- Develop and manage the annual district budget, including labor, food costs, and operational expenses

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training required
- 5+ years of experience in food service and fresh food production
- 2–3 years of leadership experience as a Food Service Director, preferably in the K-12 sector
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of management
- Strong financial and operational management experience, including P&L oversight and cost control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with POS systems and online reporting platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of food production, sanitation standards, food cost control, and catering trends in the K-12 market
- Ability to work independently while keeping executive leadership informed of operational updates
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and fingerprinting process
- Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review

The Role
We're looking for a Front of House Manager who understands that great hospitality is both an art and a system. Someone who can work the register during the lunch rush and then step back to think strategically about labor costs, team culture, and guest experience.
You'll spend about 60-80% of your time working stations - register, expo, counter service - leading by example during service. The other 20-40% is management work: scheduling, payroll, training, hiring, and partnering with our Sous Chef to run a tight operation.
