Candidates must have 3 plus years of litigation experience with high accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and assist multiple attorneys. This opportunity is 100% onsite.

Legal Secretary Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents including correspondence, discovery, pleadings, etc.
• Calendar reminders.
• Schedule deadlines for pre-suits, pleadings, and discovery and pre-trial/trial matters.
• Schedule client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances, as well as obtain case information and follow up on attorney correspondence and filings.
• Transcribe dictation and review attorney-generated correspondence and documents, ensuring adherence to court-mandated guidelines.
• Handle non-billable tasks for assigned attorneys, including preparing and updating active file lists.
• Facilitate a consistent approach to file management and client representation.
• Knowledge of court rules and procedures and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Experience with e-filing documents with the court and knowledge of local, state, and federal deadlines. Federal and State experience.
• Supporting up to 3 attorneys.

Legal Secretary Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher education.
• Insurance Defense experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word.
• An intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Multitasking capabilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality required.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well with team members.
• Knowledge of Caret Legal software is a huge plus.

• The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals.
• The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
• This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based on guidelines.
• You will develop plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment.
• You will be responsible for maintaining all requirements needed to function as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery in order to perform these duties in times of high census and or minimal staffing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of management experience to include management of personnel, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, physician relations and management of supervisory positions preferred.
• Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Must be competent in L&D clinical practice.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider required.
• NRP required within 3 months of hire.
• Must successfully complete AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course within 1 year of hire or provide documentation of completion of the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course.

The Surgical Technician I understands the procedure being performed and assures that all equipment, instrumentation, and supplies are available for the case. Articulates the needs of the surgeon. Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Participates in setting up and turning over the operating room for cases.

Your Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
• Graduate of Surgical Technologist program, military trained, or AD in Surgical Technology preferred
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• 1 year or more prior experience and must have worked as a Surgical Technologist prior to 09/01/2009 (if not a graduate of a Surgical Technology Program)
