Project Manager (Mandatory -> Experience in Automotive Industry (Off highway)):

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Decatur, Illinois, to lead and drive complex, cross-functional projects with a strong focus on supplier collaboration and execution excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with suppliers to monitor and control project schedules across procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and program integration phases, while also managing resources, tracking timesheets, and optimizing team performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management, with the ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective mitigation strategies. You will play a key role in establishing and governing project management tools, leading team collaboration, and serving as the central point of contact for stakeholders. Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for reporting progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery that meets both schedule and cost expectations.
