RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates

  • Work with providers to create background check and drug screening packages that meet client requirements.
  • Report background check and drug screening results to Recruiters, Account Executives and, when needed, Clients.
  • Manage employment eligibility process in accordance with the US Customs and Immigration Services requirements. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance. Monitor eVerify reporting.
  • Secure and manage third party vendors who will assist in the efficiency of the onboarding process (DocuSign, i9everywhere, training vendors).

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Social Security Disability cases from strategy to hearing.
  • Represent clients before Administrative Law Judges with confidence and skill.
  • Develop winning case strategies and draft compelling briefs.
  • Communicate empathetically and transparently with clients.
  • Stay current on disability law and regulations.
