Bright Minds’ client, is seeking an Underwriter to join their growing team in the Kansas City Metro area. This role is ideal for an early-career underwriting professional who is eager to manage their own book of business while building strong relationships with agency partners. The Underwriter will evaluate risk, support policyholders and agents, and collaborate across departments to ensure effective underwriting decisions and excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and underwrite an assigned book of business across multiple account sizes, classes, and territories
• Evaluate risk and make underwriting decisions within assigned authority levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners through regular communication and collaboration
• Analyze policyholder information to determine appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of insurance underwriting experience

Summary: This position is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process. Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:

The Specimen Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the specimen receiving area, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming specimens. This role supports the Specimen Receiving Manager by supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Essential Job Duties:

• Supervise specimen receiving activities, including intake, verification, labeling, and distribution to testing departments.

Patient Registration Representative Lead is responsible for supporting the supervisor with Inpatient/ Outpatient registrations for the Health System. Assists team members to obtain proper patient identification, demographics and financial information to adequately register and secure the patient encounter.
