We are currently looking for a Superintendent to join our team.
Primary Purpose of Role:
A Ryzec Building Group superintendent is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, project oversight, & closing out projects. A Superintendent should be a highly motivated, organized, & self-managing individual adept at managing teams of subs, conflict management, communications, & documentation. The superintendent should be able to effectively manage a fast-paced project while maintaining schedules & budgets. This position will oversee various subcontractors & vendors on projects all while ensuring the bottom line, safety, schedule, & quality are maintained. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing multiple teams. Position requires the ability to manage high volume, quick turn, retail projects with major retail clients. Must be able to manage multi-million-dollar project budget & track all costs associated.
Essential Responsibilities:
× Manage Projects from planning to close-out
× Understand our client’s organization, equipment, store layouts, & operational goals all while managing their expectations
× Understands budgeting & knows pricing for commercial construction.
× Adapt to project challenges well
× Ability to travel to jobsite
× Be present & actively available on jobsite constantly observing progress, not sedentary
× Conduct weekly jobsite safety checklist & take ownership of best safety practices for avoiding, mitigating, or reacting to findings & observations
× Leading multiple construction teams to deliver project ahead of time & within budget
× Contracts Management / Contract Negotiation knowledge
× Scheduling- including, but not limited to subs, materials, scope walks, pre-cons, & punch walks
× Develop, implement & manage best practice construction processes
× General Contractor management
× Communicate with PM daily on progress
× Review/Scrub plan sets & specifications for code accuracy, potential errors &/or omissions, missing scope, etc. – Submit RFI’s to PM’s as needed
× Communicate with PM’s on their needs & expectations throughout the course of the project to ensure Ryzec & client needs are met
× Communicate all project risks / challenges to the PM as soon as they occur or come up
× Ensure all your projects have all required permits & trade permits before construction start
× Conduct project kick-off meetings with subs/vendors on ALL projects on day 1 to outline schedules, change order policies, & expectations
× Conduct Safety Meetings every Monday during the course of construction & submit to PM’s & safety each week
× Manage all subs & scheduling during construction to ensure the project schedule is maintained
× Order/Manage/Track project materials to ensure the project schedule is maintained
× Manage job costs
× DO NOT allow any sub to do ANY out-of-scope work on your project unless the PM has given WRITTEN approval
× Manage resources effectively & efficiently
× Do a FaceTime/Video call with PM’s at least twice a week during construction so the PM understands exactly where the project stands through the week
× Work with your PM to ensure the project schedule & budgets are maintained
× Communicate any potential changes to schedule &/or budget to PM’s ASAP
× Create regular reports during construction. Please refer to the Daily Reporting Process on how to accurately fill these out
× Create weekly reports depending on the project and/or client. Weekly reports should include clear & detailed two week look ahead.
× Have your project punch ready for punch date – this means ALL work is 100% complete, ALL EQ is 100% operational, & we are ready to turn the store over to the client
× Communicate to the PM if your store will not be 100% ready for the scheduled punch date, PRIOR to the actual punch date
× Manage the close-out of all projects (i.e. inspections passed, CO in-hand, all subs have invoiced, & all unconditional lien waivers have been submitted by subs)
× Must be able to value engineer a set of construction documents
× Training of staff & monitoring their development
× Must adhere to all guidelines in the Employee Handbook by displaying responsibility & knowledge of project budgets
× Submit all expense reports every Friday

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an ARRT approved program, accredited through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and be registered or working toward certification in the subspecialty of MRI; or hold current ARMRIT certification.
Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Preference of at least one year of work experience in hospital environment working in MRI after graduation and accreditation; however, willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training:
General computer knowledge as well as a keen mind for safety
Physical Environment:
Large field strength magnet with a special focus on patient safety and universal precautions practiced in a multimodality imaging department
Physical Effort:

- Communicates regularly DURING MRI procedure to provide the patient with a more pleasant experience.
- Communicates potential or existing problems/opportunities to improve quality of care or services.
- Strives to maintain the dignity of each patient by ensuring the patient is properly covered at all times; during exam and patient transport.
- Seeks opportunities to assist in other areas during downtime, short staff, or high census periods. Always makes good use of time.
- Shows leadership and teamwork in difficult situations and makes appropriate decisions.
- Volunteers for overtime and fill-in when needed. Completes scans ordered or scheduled during their shift.

POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure that each member of the weekend staff works together as a team to provide high quality imaging procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner. Those services must be provided in a safe and clean environment. This position is one of a working supervisor who performs studies while managing the work load of the department.
- Multi-modality experience preferred (i.e. X-ray and CT, Ultrasound, MRI)

- Manages Imaging department on weekends, coordinates staffing, department procedures, and physician requests in multiple modalities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Prefer three years of supervisory experience in a hospital that provides all imaging modalities.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Possesses general knowledge of x-ray equipment, other modalities, and computers. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health.
Physical Environment:
Radiation safety, MRI safety, and universal precautions practiced in a multi modality imaging department.
Physical Effort:
Possesses the ability to perform multifunctional tasks to include: physically manipulate and operate equipment, assist in the movement of patients from wheelchairs and stretchers to table; bend, twist, stoop; lift 20 pounds; communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; make appropriate judgment decisions in urgent or emergency situations; and demonstrate emotional stability and psychological health in day to day interaction with fellow employees, patients, their families, and physicians.

- Strives to maintain the dignity of each patient by ensuring that all patients are properly covered at all times; during exam and patient transport.
- Checks often on patients waiting in hallways to ensure that the patient is covered and comfortable (Pain Management).

- Ensures the safety of patients by following all safety procedures while moving patients from wheelchair or stretcher to table and watching patient while on radiology table.

What Qualifications You Will Need:
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- One year of experience in a Rad Tech role is strongly preferred
- Exceptions may be made for exceptional new grads who excelled academically and demonstrated excellent technical skills during clinicals.
- Ability to commute to one of our Middle Tennessee facilities:
- Centennial, Summit, Skyline, Southern Hills, Horizon, Hendersonville, StoneCrest, Parkridge, and NorthCrest.
- Ability to work 38.5 hours per week in one of our facilities while attending classes.
- You may be required to assist on weekends and nights during or upon graduation of the program.

- Ability to work 38.5 hours per week in one of our facilities while attending classes online to prepare for registry exam.
- Although cross training hours will be Monday-Friday 8A-5P, we are looking for candidates who are open to work alternate shifts following graduation of the program.

is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals and outcomes.
Educate clients and their family members based on client’s specific needs.
Properly orient and train primary caregivers to ensure the most optimal functioning level for each client.
Coordinate the continuum of hands on client care through documentation and timely communication with the client's physician and other caregivers.
Provide care in patients home using a variety of skills such as phone triage, patient education, observation/assessment, wound care, infusions, catheter care, PICC line dressing changes etc.
