Summary

The EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation Analyst advances Moffitt’s mission to prevent and cure cancer by contributing to the design, implementation, and support of clinical and enterprise applications that improve patient care, research, and operational performance. This mid-level role manages technical solutions for moderately complex projects, collaborates with clinical and operational teams, and provides guidance to junior analysts. By ensuring effective and reliable technology solutions, the Analyst II empowers staff and clinicians to deliver exceptional cancer care and research outcomes.

This role centers on clinical documentation workflows for inpatient settings. It involves building and optimizing tools that allow clinicians to accurately record patient information, assessments, flowsheets, clinical notes, and care plans within Epic’s ClinDoc module.

The Clinical Applications Analyst II will:

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications, including moderately complex system components.
• Troubleshoot multifaceted issues spanning software, hardware, interfaces, and databases.
• Monitors system performance
• Perform quality assurance and integrated testing to ensure application reliability and alignment with organizational standards.
• Supports projects and develop application-specific enhancements and reports to support clinical and operational priorities.
• Develops and maintains system documentation for build specifications.
• Mentor and guide Analyst I team members on technical tasks and processes.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for assigned applications and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field of study required)

Oracle Application Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Developer to support, enhance, and optimize our ERP platforms. The primary focus is on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM. The role includes maintaining system integrations, delivering enhancements, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes and automation.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in ERP systems, cloud integrations, and BI reporting tools, with strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP platforms, primarily Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Work with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM)
• Enhance integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM)
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials and/or SCM) is a plus
• Experience with BI systems (Hyperion, OBIEE required; ThoughtSpot a plus)
• Strong programming skills in SQL/PLSQL and knowledge of relational databases

Job Purpose:

As a Hotel Distribution Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hotel partners, ensuring strong performance and long-term relationships. You will work closely with hotels to optimize distribution, improve pricing competitiveness, and drive revenue growth, while also supporting selective acquisition of new hotel partners within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of hotel partners to drive revenue and performance
• Monitor pricing and availability to ensure optimal distribution
• Act as the main point of contact for hotel partners pre and post onboarding
• Train hotel partners on operational procedures, including promotion management.
• Identify performance gaps and work with hotels to implement improvements
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to account management
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Track performance and provide regular reporting and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes

• Strong understanding of hotel distribution, RMS, CRS and PMS systems
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive revenue and commercial growth
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle a large portfolio of hotel accounts and leads
• Ability to present data using BI tools. Power BI familiarity is preferred
• Ability to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and team events (at least quarterly)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management (Zoho preferred)
• Experience with onboarding processes, project management, and partner training
• A university degree (or equivalent education). Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in English.
