Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for guiding our customers’ projects through the SEACOMP new product introduction (NPI) Process into mass production.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start, through NPI, and into mass production, serving as the primary point of contact between the customer and SEACOMP
- Work closely with SEACOMP sales, operations, engineering, and production teams to translate customer requirements into project plans
- Own project scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Track and report key project metrics internally and externally

Capable of accomplishing the installation repair, and maintenance of ship's fluid systems which include pumps, compressors, purifiers, heat exchangers, actuators and valves without Supervision.
Analyze defects and adjusts or repairs electrical mechanical systems of outboard motors. Disassembles and inspects motor for defective parts, using mechanical hand tools.
Replaces parts like gears., magneto points, piston rings and spark plugs and reassembles engine.
Capable of accomplishing the testing of equipment to ensure systems meet 4E specifications, references and drawings without Supervision. Capable of accomplishing the installation and testing of various shop equipment. The salary range for this position is $31.25 per hour-$43.27 per hour.
