Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage production for two HP Indigo 25K digital presses with full ownership of output quality and efficiency.
- Ensure the safe operation of press equipment and maintain a safe environment for all press personnel.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality print performance, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Always uphold strict standards of cleanliness and maintenance for press equipment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the American Institute of Baking (AIB) guidelines.
- Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating an HP Indigo press.
- Experience with Esko Color Pilot.
- Strong technical understanding of color matching, print quality, and film properties.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, proofs, and specification sheets accurately.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting production timelines.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role: standing, bending, squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting up-to 50 lbs.

We provide environmental sampling services for soil, ground water, and soil vapor with Geoprobe 7822DT, 66DT, 5400, and 54DT drill rigs to environmental consultants and more.
Job Overview:
As a DPA Environmental Driller/Geologist/Scientist, you will be able to develop your knowledge of environmental drilling with a variety of drilling techniques, locations, and equipment. You will be trained by our DPA Team of managers and drillers with Geology and Environmental Science degrees and over 50 years of combined drilling experience.
License/Certification:
· Valid Driver’s License (Required)
· Class A CDL (Preferred but Flexible)
· 40 Hour OSHA Hazwoper / 8 Hour Hazwoper Refresher (Preferred but Flexible)
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform drilling operations, sampling, well installation and abandonment tasks while adhering to all Direct Push Analytical Corp. safety plan, policies, and standards and the safety requirements set by our clients or location owners where we operate.
· Maintains record log of drilling activities.
· Works with onsite consultants for job prep, onsite partnership, post job completion as needed.
· Trains and directs Driller Helpers.
· Use required Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with DPA Safety policies.
· Assist loading and unloading tools and equipment from support vehicles.
· Mechanically inclined or ability/ familiarity with automotive tools such as sockets, end wrenches, voltmeter, etc.
· Maintains, cleans, and repair drill rig or equipment to ensure the highest operating condition.
· Perform surveying, site reconnaissance, and utility clearance tasks.
· Perform onsite Geological and/or Environmental technician tasks.
· Maintain certifications, if required.
· Proficiently operate all vehicles and equipment in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or STEM.

- Perform visual inspection and electrical testing of all ICT failures. Identifies the root cause of the failure based on ICT output file and multi-meter/bridge readings.
- Identify soldering issues with the ICT failed boards based on knowledge of IPC-610 Nidec Mobility Quality Standards.
- Fixes the issues identified or instruct inspectors on how to fix the issue.
- Records the failure reason in the ICT test database.

- Analyzes ICT first-pass yield and final yield using automated reports from ICT database and recommends corrective action to ICT technicians.
- Generate excel reports on a weekly basis about overall ICT rework work-in-process level.
