Responsibilities:

• Handling complex or escalated customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat.

• Providing in-depth information about products or services, including detailed explanations of features, pricing, and specifications.

• Processing complex orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Resolving escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Acting as a point of contact for other customer service representatives for guidance and support.

• Mentoring and training junior customer service representatives.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Analyzing customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales or marketing, to address customer needs or concerns.

• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Junior Level experience required.

• Need prior large volume of utility call center experience

• Previous customer service experience/call center experience.

• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls

• Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Accredo Specialty Pharmacy

Candidates for this position must reside on the west side of the Baltimore metropolitan area.

As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you'll deliver life-changing care while building meaningful relationships and driving positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute \"start to finish\" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and physical inventories, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage.
