The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?

  • Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
  • Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
  • Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
  • Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to games rules
  • Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

More about you

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional gaming dealing experience required
  • Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
  • Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
  • No high school diploma or GED required

  • Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #5197, located at: 517 South Broadway, Salem, NH 03079, 705611 = 10 Nashua Road, Londonderry, NH 03053, 725042 = 5 Plaistow Road, Plaistow, NH 03865 and 705967 = 176 Daniel Webster Hwy., Nashua, NH 03060 and may be required to work at stores within a 30 mile radius.

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.

Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

  • Emotionally stable
  • Responsible
  • In good physical health
  • Non-smoker
  • Has had at least one successful pregnancy
  • Is capable of carrying a child to full term

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
