The Supplemental Speech Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation and rehabilitation of patients of all ages with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders of functional or neurological origin in order to facilitate the development and maintenance of human communication and swallowing ability. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and regulations, and adhering to hours-of-service requirements
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured, and managing paperwork related to shipments
- Collect delivery instructions from dispatcher, verifying instructions and routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers, maintain accurate trip logs, and document deliveries
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Transport non-hazardous and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable guidelines, DOT, and company safety procedures
- Perform industrial work and biohazard cleanups
- Assist in the removal of soil, debris, and cleanup of spill sites
- Other duties as assigned
