Job Summary

We are looking for an 5 to 10 years experienced TIBCO Developer skilled in TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and containerized environments to design and implement integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building REST-based integrations, working with container platforms, and ensuring high performance and scalability in a microservices setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and related tools.
• Build and consume REST APIs to integrate applications and backend systems.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for production-grade services.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support production environments through troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause identification.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and adhere to DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

Required Skills

• TIBCO Business Works 6.x, BWCE (Container Edition)
• TIBCO EMS, HAWK, TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
• Experience with REST APIs, BW Studio, and general integration design patterns
• Containerization using Docker and deployment knowledge on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and standard DevOps workflows.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to API gateways, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments
• Knowledge of modern monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
