The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, strategic, and people-oriented Broker Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage net-new brokers through cold calling, email, social media, and industry events
- Qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and convert them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct initial outreach to assess interest, fit, and opportunity potential
- Uncover broker pain points and determine alignment with TouchCare’s solutions
Demo Scheduling & Handoffs
- Schedule discovery meetings (“demos”) between qualified brokers and Sales Success Consultants (SSCs)
- Collaborate on messaging and meeting preparation to ensure seamless handoffs
Lead Nurturing & Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing engagement with SQLs who are not yet ready to meet
- Re-engage dormant broker relationships and keep TouchCare top of mind
Business Intelligence & Insights
- Capture and share broker feedback and market insights with Sales and Marketing
- Track all outreach, engagement, and activity in the CRM for visibility and alignment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies and optimize broker engagement
- Share feedback and collaborate on campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
Revenue Contribution
- Drive qualified pipeline and support company growth by fueling sales with high-quality leads
- Contribute directly to TouchCare’s revenue by generating SQLs that result in $200K+ in new annual revenue
- Track performance against KPIs and continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
Who You Are
- A confident, consultative communicator who can clearly articulate value, overcome objections, and build trust

About the Role
Bexorg is seeking a highly experienced, trusted, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic execution partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is singularly focused on maximizing CEO effectiveness, operating leverage, and follow-through across a complex and fast-moving organization.
This role acts as an extension of the CEO—owning executive-level calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation and follow-through, travel and expense coordination, and governance support tied to the Board and executive leadership cadence. The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 + years of experience with designing and implementing complex solutions
- 5+ years of investment data experience with an understanding of systems and data management.
- 3+ years of experience with BlackRock Aladdin ABOR/IBOR
- 5+ years of experience with investment management systems (from front office to middle office, to back office)
- 5+ years of data analysis experience working with large data sets and multiple sources of data.

- Expert user of excel and proficient with SQL/Oracle query tools
- Experience with platforms like BlackRock Aladdin OMS is highly preferred
- Experiene with BalckRock Aladdin ABOR implementaion is preferred

- Ability to work in close collaboration with project/program managers, architects, developers, and testers to optimize the quality of the developed product
- Skilled in interacting between internal business partners, internal IT teams, and offshore partners

Pittwater is seeking an AV Technical Operations Specialist to anchor our Brookfield headquarters. This is a multifaceted role designed for a subject matter expert who wants a "home base." You will oversee our integration center and warehouse operations—ensuring our gear is tested, staged, and ready for deployment—while remaining available to lead high-priority field installations and structured cabling work when a project needs an expert hand. his is a full-time, on-site role designed to support career-path opportunities into various technical and operational positions for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Technical Fulfillment: Lead the disassembly, testing, and repackaging of complex AV equipment (e.g., video wall modules) to ensure "field-ready" quality.
- Warehouse Stewardship: Manage inventory integrity using our WMS, overseeing inbound/outbound logistics and coordinating with 3PL partners.
- Field Leadership: Deploy to client sites to support AV installations, rack building, and structured cabling, ensuring design intent is realized.
- Quality Assurance: Utilize diagnostic tools like multimeters to troubleshoot components and maintain detailed documentation for full traceability.
- Coordination Mindset: Highly organized with an interest in the "how and why" of project lifecycles. Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between field crews, design engineers, and clients.
- Office Administration: Oversee general office demands and basic administration to keep the Brookfield hub running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on AV Field Installation experience is required. You must know your way around a job site and a rack.
- Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of workplace technology domains including Audio/Visual, Network/IT, and structured cabling.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift/move products up to 50 lbs and remain active in a warehouse environment.
- Software & Productivity Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
- Certifications: CTS certification is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the organizational skills to manage a facility independently.
