Nursing Director - Emergency Department

The Administrative Director Emergency Services shall direct, supervise and over-see operations of the main campus Emergency Department, the Off Campus Emergency Department, and Emergency Management. Maintains a Liaison relationship to all clinical/nursing directors. Patient satisfaction and rotates through AOC.

Minimum Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Current Valid Florida RN Licensure
BLS Certification
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
This position requires knowledge of all aspects and details of patient care services; this includes TJC standards, Provisions of the FL Nurse Practice Act, Infection Control and Quality Improvement Practices.

Minimum Experience:
2-3 Years Previous Senior Level Management Experience in an Acute Care Facility
