This position is responsible for developing credit risk management and business intelligence analytic solutions through consulting engagements and research serving TransUnion's clients. This position requires an understanding of US consumer lending and credit risk management practices.
- You will partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver long-term value-added product propositions for customers in the US financial services segment at TransUnion. This includes but is not limited to the development of predictive risk management and business intelligence solutions for Fintechs, credit card issuers, collections agencies, and retail banks.
- You will lead analytic client engagements involving descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis through the consumer lending portfolio lifecycle, leveraging a variety of techniques (e.g., segmentation, logistic regression, gradient boosted trees, survival analysis, principal component analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis).
- You will design and write programs for data extraction, segmentation and statistical analysis on large population datasets using languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
- You will deliver analytic insights and recommendations in succinct and compelling presentations for internal and external customers and an executive audience.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Your Mission:
We are on the lookout for driven and results-oriented net new Account Executives to join our dynamic new business sales team at Engine. Summary of the Role
The Client Success Engineer works at the intersection of software implementation, support, engineering, and education. In this role you will be the go to technical expert on how our software is deployed and used in a fast moving, complex, and critical healthcare environment. You will be instrumental in getting our solution successfully deployed, running smoothly, and continuously improving for our clients. Along the way you’ll create and revise technical content that empowers both our clients and internal teams to help themselves spread and drive maximum value from the Ascendco platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our software engineering team to become an expert in our current software modules and new modules as they are developed
- Help with QA, documentation, and training as new modules are developed, deployed, and operationalized
- Be a central part of the communication feedback loop between the software engineering team, internal subject matter experts, and our clients as our software continues to evolve
- Work with client IT departments to communicate technical and security specifications for how our platform is deployed and supported
- Work closely with our client success managers to help with the technical/IT aspects of implementing our platform for clients
- Protect our software engineer’s time by helping our support team with level 2 / complex support requests
- Build documentation and educational materials for how our software is deployed and used
- Spend approximately 25% of your time traveling to work onsite with other Ascenders at client facilities to help with go lives and operationalizing new modules

How you'll have impact
- Sales & Conversion: Achieve a same-day conversion rate of 60% or more and maintain monthly conversion results of 75%. Transform prospects into active patients using leads supplied through our marketing channels.
- Clinical Care: Provide direct clinical care to existing patients, including performing independent procedures such as intraoral scans and advanced 3D images with CBCT scanners.
- Doctor Assistance: Assist the doctor in all clinical procedures, including the indirect delivery of orthodontic attachments and refinement visits throughout the patient's treatment (1-3 visits over 6-18 months).
- Patient Communication: Drive high satisfaction by clearly communicating treatment goals. Lead all pre-sale preparations, confirm appointments, and manage post-appointment follow-ups.
- Administrative Precision: Ensure prompt communication with patients and General Dentists. Enter all clinical data timely into patient’s records and update internal channels (GoogleChat) with patient feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Provide a seamless hand-off to the treatment planner team and maintain all clinic equipment, including scanners, X-rays, and dental units, ensuring all digital files are exported correctly.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of total working experience, with 2+ years focused on sales quotas and conversion.
- Availability & Location: Must live in the market, be willing to work onsite daily, and manage a flexible schedule (nights, holidays, and weekends).
- Mobility: Able to travel between clinics within the market as necessary for operations and patient care.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, perform twisting movements, lift 45 lbs, and coordinate movement of small instruments.
- Communication: Excellent communicator across all channels, leading with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Teamwork & Mindset: Collaborative approach to support team members, intrinsically motivated to improve processes and drive results in a constantly evolving environment.
