We are looking for a Director of PM to join a rapidly growing $100M ARR defence technology unicorn!
This company is going from strength to strength and is continuing to build out a stellar Product Management function with this appointment.
This Director of PM will focus on their core platform and have a wide scope over many products, including Agentic AI initiatives, the Project Management suite platform, data suites, and various other workflows. This role will start off as an IC but quickly assume authority over a couple of other PMs who already work on the core platform offering today. Many of their products are already in the market, but they are at various stages of maturity, so there is plenty of scope to build these capabilities out significantly.
Must have experience for this role includes:
- 7+ years of PM experience, specifically in B2B SaaS, ERPs, or highly configurable specialized industry platforms.
- Experience working in a rapid startup/growth environment and extensive experience with building out enterprise tools.
- Full lifecycle Product Management experience, strong strategic nous, and an ability to drive the roadmap of a highly successful core product.
- Have experience building customized workflows for multi-persona platforms.
- US Citizenship (in order to pass security clearance if you don't already have it).
- Any experience working in or around the DoD is highly desirable, but not essential.
Compensation - $180k-$220k + bonus (30%) + equity

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as an external and internal facing key point of contact for the organization.

Role Overview
The Programs Associate supports JINSA’s portfolio of senior-level military and policy programs, including delegations, briefings, and professional development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of domestic and international programs, including logistics, travel coordination, participant communications, and on-site support

Participant & Stakeholder Engagement

Role Overview:
The Sales Supervisor works within the management team to help achieve store sales goals and maximizes profitability through effective supervision of the store team. The Sales Supervisor takes ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the General Manager and serves as a role model for the rest of the Sales Associates.
Responsibilities:
Sales
- Meets personal and store sales goals.
- Continues to develop personal sales techniques and assists in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales.
- Utilizes elevated levels of sales and service to maximize performance.
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
- Monitors all details of a sale, including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensures all sales related policies and procedures are maintained.

Customer Service
- Supports and encourages staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Builds and maintains repeat clientele by utilizing personal client book and assisting staff with utilizing their client books.
- Resolves all customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assists sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, etc.
Employee Supervision
- Responsible for opening and closing the store in absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Ensures image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times.
- Adheres to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.
Operations
- Collaborates with General Manager and Assistant General Manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
- Understands and properly executes all management register functions.
- Assists in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies, procedures, and all shipping/ receiving related paperwork.
- Participates in stock take process.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensures the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
- Assists in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
- Ensures deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
- Identifies product concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicates inventory needs to support the business goal.
- Effectively relays any client feedback regarding successes and/or opportunities about product.

Physical Requirements

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional and regulatory matters within a highly regarded, collaborative practice.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience handling complex Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and advising on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, gained in a law firm and/or government setting.
Associates in this role will support transactions and investigations by:
- Advising clients on HSR reportability
- Preparing and filing premerger notifications
- Coordinating foreign competition filing analyses
- Managing clean team protocols
- Drafting antitrust risk-shifting covenants in purchase agreements
- Representing clients in Second Request investigations and similar agency reviews
Experience with legal technology tools — including document review platforms and AI-assisted review or workflow solutions — is a plus.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant antitrust experience (Class of 2021–2022)
- Strong background in HSR compliance and merger review
- Experience in AmLaw 100 firms and/or government agencies preferred
