Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Strong knowledge of U.S.

payroll systems, tax regulations, and employee benefits programs.

Familiarity with employee benefit plans, including health insurance and 401(k) plans.

Knowledge of FMLA and leave of absence administration.

Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.

Experience processing multi-state payroll.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills for interaction with employees and leadership.

Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple records and benefits enrollments simultaneously.

Strong communication skills for responding to employee questions and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions.

Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms to support streamlined and accurate recordkeeping.
