How you’ll make an impact in this role

Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures.

- Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
- Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
- Directly assist operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Old Town Design Group is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Carmel, IN. We are a dynamic and growing custom home builder, known for developing outstanding locations with timeless home designs. FUNCTION

The Estimator serves as a vital function in the growth of Old Town Design Group. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for single family detached and attached construction projects; calculate and process Change Orders; solicit and obtain bids and proposals; facilitate cost management; produce and distribute budgets for purchasing; and, work independently and cross departmentally to reduce costs without negatively impacting quality or timeliness of construction. This is a challenging position that will require strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well under pressure when facing bid deadlines.

MISSION

The Estimator will maintain the integrity of Old Town in all aspects. All responsibilities performed require extensive knowledge and understanding of all Old Town residential and commercial properties, mission and values. Candidate will possess an entrepreneurial work ethic and be able to work collaboratively with other Old Town team members.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare cost estimates for single family detached and attached construction projects with high levels of accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Solicit and obtain bids and proposals from vendors and subcontractors utilizing detailed RFQ’s
  • Assist with source selection and communication of awarded contracts
  • Coordinate cost estimates and budgets with Sales and Construction team as required
  • Calculate and process Change Order requests on active projects per company procedures and established timelines
  • Facilitate cost management and tracking of all produced estimates
  • Produce and distribute accurate budget information to Purchasing per required company timelines
  • Perform Gross Margin analysis on completion of each project and make corrective action to estimating means and methods as required to improve accuracy and eliminate process inconsistencies
  • Work cross departmentally and with vendors and subcontractors to identify cost savings opportunities that eliminate waste or inefficiency but do not negatively impact quality or timeliness; implement as required
  • Other duties as assigned



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 1+ years of residential or commercial construction estimating experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and constraints
  • Knowledge of construction purchasing and receiving process preferred
  • Knowledge of Value Engineering and Lean Construction practices preferred


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, SoftPlan, or related software

We are seeking a board-certified Hematologist for a 240-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This outpatient medical oncology opportunity begins on Mar 2, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule with no call. The ideal candidate will provide expert care across both hematology and oncology, serving adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage VAD/CV catheters and perform bone marrow biopsies
  • Participate in a tumor board for coordinated patient care
  • Oversee bone marrow transplant management
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and images
  • Prescribe appropriate treatments and therapies
  • Manage blood bank ordering and utilization
  • Administer chemotherapy in conjunction with nursing staff
  • Provide care for adult and geriatric oncology and hematology patients

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active Indiana medical license
  • Board certification in Medical Oncology required (AMBS/AOA)
  • Demonstrated competency in both hematology and oncology required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Experience in outpatient medical oncology settings preferred

Our client in Indiana is seeking a skilled Optometrist for a 60-day assignment beginning May 4, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary vision care, managing acute and long-term cases, and performing thorough visual examinations for patients, working 30-40 hours per week. You will be responsible for a range of duties from diagnostic testing to formulating prognoses and educating patients.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide primary vision care to patients
  • Manage acute and long term care cases
  • Perform visual examinations
  • Chart and record reviewal
  • Order, Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
  • Identify and assess patients vision issues
  • Formulate and plan prognosis based on patient's condition
  • Discuss cases with other health professional and make referrals when needed based upon patients condition
  • Prepare comprehensive patient care plans
  • Educate patients
  • Notate and record findings in EMR

We are seeking a Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 126-day assignment in Indiana, starting Mar 30, 2026. This role involves night shifts focused on daily rounding on all inpatients, managing new consults, and facilitating patient discharges, typically overseeing a total patient census of 20-30.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Daily rounding on all inpatients (ICU, stepdown) and new consults, as well as discharging patients.
  • Manage an average daily patient load of 10-15, with a total patient census typically ranging from 20-30.
  • Address cardiac cases including all adult cardiac surgeries (CAB, valves, aortic dissections, etc), often involving high-acuity patients.
  • Handle thoracic cases, primarily robotic surgeries, VATs, and thoracotomies; includes all thoracic surgeries except esophageal.
  • Manage vascular cases, encompassing all types of open vascular surgeries (CEA, AAA, leg revascularizations, etc).
  • Care for heart failure patients, including those with LVAD, ECMO, and impellas.
  • Focus on critical care only, without first assist responsibilities.
