THE ROLE

As the Inventory Manager, you will lead the team to:

  • Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from our distribution centres, from store to store, and to our clients
  • Strategically place product in the back room, evenly distributing product to achieve optimal balance and ensuring product is stocked at the ideal quantities
  • Uphold the standards of product display, ensuring the right product is in the right place per the right stock level per the established merchandising placement plan

The A Shift Supervisor will support a team of 10 Machine Operators and will work 6am- 6pm Su, Mon, Tues and every other Wednesday.

Salary Range: $30 - $35/hour with a 10% shift differential based on education, experience and qualifications of the applicant

  • Assign responsibilities to employees and oversee their development
  • Ensure that employees are operating in a safe manner and that they adhere to all Sika, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements

Role Overview

TechnoSmarts is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee recruitment efforts for Nursing and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) roles. This is a Hybrid position in Boston, MA.


This individual will manage a highly experienced team of seven recruiters, supported by administrative and sourcing partners, and will serve as a strategic partner and second-in-command within the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership & Operations

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for all recruitment activity supporting Nursing and APP hiring.
  • Ensure operational excellence across recruiting workflows, processes, and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and administrative support to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Strategic Partnership

  • Support leadership with workforce planning insights and recruitment strategy in a highly complex nursing environment.
  • Serve as a key thought partner and operational leader within the Talent Acquisition team.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead with data — develop, analyze, and interpret recruitment and workforce analytics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Regularly challenge existing metrics, asking deeper questions to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Apply financial and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Demonstrate a passion for learning, growth, and innovation — including exploring and integrating AI and emerging technologies into recruiting workflows.
  • Leverage tools while identifying opportunities to enhance or evolve current capabilities.

Central Processing Supervisor, Core Laboratory - Evening Shift

Location: Boston Teaching Hospital


  • Evening Shift: 3p – 11:30p ($3/hr evening diff).
  • Must be ASCP certified (or equivalent).
  • Sign-on bonus eligible.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating the daily operation of the front office of the core laboratory.
  • Oversees all Pre and Post analytic activity on the evening shift, in close conjunction with the day shift MT Operations Coordinator, reference lab staff, and other individuals who oversee areas that have an overlapping operating relationship with Central Processing.
  • Ensures that all activities, processes and policies are carried out in strict compliance with governmental regulations, licensing agency standards, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for day-to-day general management including staffing, schedules, payroll, performance management, training, education, development of policy and protocol, compliance, and safety.
  • FTE's: 25+/-.
  • Reports to the Technical Director of Pre/Post Analytics in the Core Laboratory.


Qualifications:

  • MT (ASCP) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or physical sciences.
  • 4+ years of hospital laboratory experience, including knowledge of &/or experience with pre/post analytics &/or central processing.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
