Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with at least 2 years of recent ICU/CCU experience and a WV or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the ICU/CCU unit of a hospital setting
- Patient assignments typically follow a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, subject to census and staffing
- Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
- Bi-weekly orientation provided
- Uses Meditech EMR, with experience required
- Contract length is 8 weeks
Requirements
- Active WV or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years current ICU/CCU experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
Additional Information
- ICU RNs provide critical care to patients with acute and complex conditions
- Rotation between 36 and 48 hour work weeks is required
- First time travelers are accepted
- Travel pairs are not permitted, except under specific unit needs
