Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in ANY of these practice areas: General Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Transportation, Coverage, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Employment, Product Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Insurance Defense.
Responsibilities:
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in NY
• Juris Doctorate
• Trial Preparation experience
Base salary range 130k-175k+ (DOE)
