The Independent Operator Role

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role in a healthcare or pharma field required
- Experience selling in the Cardiovascular space preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Excellent communication & rapport building skills.
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
- Ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy, and insurance landscapes.
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staff.
- Stable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual calls platforms.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
