Basic Function
Responsible for providing the direction of the branch Rental Department in accordance with the established guidelines of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation the rental dept.
- Handle all in house rental calls.
- Handle all incoming rental requests from sales force.
- Direct any rental coordinators, Drivers, and administrative personnel in branch.
- Schedule and prioritize delivery of all rental and sales equipment.
- Organize all rental equipment and attachments in yard.

Summary /Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Softgoods Product Developer with experience in raw materials development and sourcing. This mid-level role will support the end-to-end product creation process for our swimwear product category, with an emphasis on material performance, quality, and supplier coordination. You'll work cross-functionally with design, technical design, merchandising, marketing, production and manufacturers to bring innovative, consumer-driven products to market.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with design team to develop and commercialize new seasonal swimwear products.
- Support raw material selection and development, ensuring alignment with performance, aesthetic, and cost targets.
- Track and manage raw material libraries, testing protocols, and certifications (e.g., bluesign®, Oeko-Tex®, GRS).
- Help ensure all raw materials meet internal quality and performance standards through lab testing and field validation.
- Assist in building tech packs, BOMs and development specifications and communicate to manufacturers.
- Set up seasonal styles/colorways and work with production team on style set up accuracy.
- Order sample yardage for seasonal salesman samples.
- Collaborate with design team in building and updating seasonal product category line lists.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm and analyzes coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlements in compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
Property Adjuster Specialist focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. USAA also provides a company vehicle to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory. Field Adjusters may travel outside of their local territory to respond to claims in other regions when needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available.

What you'll do:Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage including potential legal liability.
Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate complex claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.
Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing information involving complex policy terms and contingencies.
Determines and negotiates complex claims settlement within authority limits. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.
Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.
Advance knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools. Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage complex property insurance claims.
Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.
Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $3,000 -$4,000 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $165 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $660 - $21,285 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.
Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the spring semester.

General Duties
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom); or Asynchronous Online (Start Anytime).
- For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.
- For asynchronous instruction (start anytime online courses), duties include but are not limited to: reviewing the syllabus and pre-populated online course content; learning and utilizing Canvas classroom management tools; and requesting any training needs from the Program Director or Department Director.
- For all instruction (regardless of course format) duties include but are not limited to: completing required trainings as mandated by the UC Presidential policies; responding to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner; grading student assignments and posting final student grades to the instructor portal in a timely manner; utilizing University-approved course support platforms including the Canvas Learning Management System, Zoom, Instructor Portal, Google Workspace, etc.; reviewing and following University and departmental policies, logistics, and other guidelines as published on the departmental Instructional Resource Site; and responding to other requests from the Program Director or Department Director in a timely manner.

What you will do:
Abiding by the Mercycare Mission and values, under the direction of the Chief of Medical Imaging, the CT Technologist II performs all CT procedures in accordance with department standards.
Responsibilities:
- Obtains and records a complete clinical history pertinent to examination requested.
- Evaluates requests for appropriateness, refers concerns to coordinator and/or radiologist.
- Instructs patients as to the nature of the exam being performed.
- Effectively communicates information regarding post procedures.
- Ensures proper radiation protection measures are taken to provide an ALARA environment for patients, co-workers and self.
- Responsible for understanding the ALARA program and actively participating in dosimetry program.
- Effectively completes all required documentation related to patient care, imaging procedures and RIS requirements.
- Demonstrates proper use of positioning devices and other equipment necessary to provide safe, accurate, and complete exams.
- Assists in the instruction of new personnel.
What you will need:
- AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist
- Current ARRT registration, NYS license required and certification to Inject
- Experience on Siemen's equipment preferred
Per Diem Flat Rate: $44.00/hr.
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

At Saint Mary's Hospital, as an RN you’ll deliver direct patient care, including triaging patient calls, administering medications and injections, assisting with stress tests and cardiac procedures, and providing education on lifestyle changes, medication management, and disease prevention.
What you will do:
Collaborate closely with our cardiologists and the care team to coordinate testing, follow-up care, and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred
Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut
Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC)
RN Experience required; experience with Cardiac Stress Tests preferred
Work schedule: per Diem, rotating shifts
