The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Systems Engineer II to join our Tucson, AZ location. What You Will Do

In this Systems Engineer role, you may support some of the following types of activities:

• Core Systems Engineering: Update, maintain, and improve requirements. Develop system architecture and model using Model Based Systems Engineering. Conduct trade studies based on Concept of Operations. Collaborate with engineers of all disciplines.

• Perform Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the testing

• Integrate Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact. Evaluate test results for requirements compliance.

• Create/modify documentation in support of design reviews and in preparation for test events.

• Perform Platform Integration, Flight Test, Qualification, Design Verification Execution

• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.

• Perform Data Analysis: Conduct statistical and numerical analysis test data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.

• Support Missions: Travel as needed to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.

• Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in the Defense Industry, and specifically with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as Department of Defense customer infrastructure experience.

This role provides advanced financial, commercial, and analytical support across asset acquisitions, leasing structures, and trading activities involving aircraft engines, airframes, and whole aircraft.

The Technical Acquisitions Analyst supports the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of aircraft, engine, airframe, and component acquisitions by providing technical and analytical expertise throughout the acquisition lifecycle. The Inside Senior Property Adjuster role is a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday – Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to an eight-hour work shift ranging between 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.

What are the main functions of this role?

o Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in alignment with Raytheon EHS Management Systems Policies and Procedures
