Position Overview

The Recruiter, Interim Accounting & Finance is a client-facing, execution-focused role responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing accounting and finance professionals into temporary and interim roles. This role partners closely with Business Development leaders and clients to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidate profiles, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to sharpen their recruiting skills, gain exposure to accounting and finance roles, and work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven staffing environment. Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Management

  • Partner with Business Development leaders and clients to understand hiring needs for temporary and interim accounting and finance roles.
  • Source qualified candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and job boards.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and alignment with client needs.
  • Review, edit, and tailor candidate resumes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and client-ready presentation.
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients, highlighting relevant experience and fit.

Client & Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate client interviews, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up communication.

Offer & Pay Rate Management

  • Negotiate pay rates in partnership with Recruiting Managers and Business Development leaders.

  • Support onboarding logistics and placement confirmations.

Candidate Marketing & Pipeline Development

  • Actively market qualified, unplaced candidates to existing clients and internal Business Development partners.

  • Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates to support redeployment and long-term relationships.

Recruiting Operations & Systems

  • Track all candidate activity, job requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements accurately in Salesforce.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and documentation to support reporting and team collaboration.
  • Follow established recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Fulfill operating room circulator role during cardiac surgical procedures: Utilize expertise in open-heart surgery to assist the surgical team by managing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, and anticipating the needs of the surgeon and surgical team.
  2. Ensure patient safety: Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols, consistently monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment, and intervene promptly in case of any complications or emergencies.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and other members of the surgical team to ensure seamless coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

Unit Summary:

The Medical-Surgical Overflow Unit (MSOU) is a dynamic, fast-paced environment designed to accommodate patients from various medical-surgical specialties when primary units reach capacity. As a Registered Nurse in the MSOU, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population, ensuring continuity and safety during transitions of care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards.

 


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • BLS
  • Current state nursing license.
  • Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
