Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes.

Job Description Medline has an immediate need for an Acute Care Sales Representative in the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, PA area.
Responsibilities: Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products.
This team sells exam gloves, durable medical equipment, incontinence products, OR kits, plastics, skin care products, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, packs and gowns, protective apparel, surgical trays, advanced wound care, surgeons’ gloves and other things used in hospitals.
Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales Establishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision makers Presenting/selling new products and maintaining existing business Team building among peers to ensure a collaboration across the continuum of care Leadership skills and ability to “close the deal” Preparing bids and price quotes Occasional cold calling with intent to develop new markets Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment Ability to present multiple product lines Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.
The anticipated compensation for this position includes a minimum of $110,000 in guaranteed earnings for the first year, with commission ranging between 0-4% net sales paid.

Assists in developing, initiating, and supporting improvements, on the unit level, that facilitate the delivery of high quality, safe and cost-effective patient care.
Responsible for ensuring that the highest level of care is provided, optimizing all customer interactions, to maximize patient satisfaction.
Provides direct patient care along with providing direct supervision to assigned personnel, assists with orientation and integration of new employees.
Conducts performance appraisals, monitors absenteeism, orders supplies, scheduling 24 hour staffing, patient and bed triage where appropriate.
Assists with addressing performance problems initiating the disciplinary process as appropriate.
Communicates pertinent information regarding patient care activities and operations to appropriate personnel.
Participates in the formulation of nursing policies and goals as well as policies affecting other departments.
Communicates and interprets policies, procedures and regulations to patients, visitors and staff members, as required.
Communicates significant issues on units to Operations Manager in a timely manner.

Assures effective, efficient and cost-effective use of physical, financial and human resources.
Assists with the prevention and resolution of patient and family concerns.
Assists the operations manager in making patient focused service round on assigned unit.
Follows up on incidents occurring on assigned unit.
Assures proper documentation and follow-through.

Job Summary Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists are responsible for the use of radiofrequencies within a magnetic field for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes.
MRI technologists performs magnetic resonance imaging and acquire and analyzes data needed for diagnosis at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.
Magnetic resonance technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of magnetic resonance imaging procedures.
Magnetic resonance technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy.
Job Duties Ensures correct order is obtained, patient is properly identified and prepared for exam, and that clinical history is corroborated and appropriately documented while respecting confidentiality.
Utilizes appropriate imaging protocol and optimizes technical factors while maximizing patient safety, optimizing patient care, and applying principles of ALARA (As Low as Reasonably Achievable).
Preparing and/or administering, as applicable, medications through new or existing vascular access site as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
Evaluates images for proper positioning and acceptable technical quality and verifies archival storage and/or transfer of data, post processing of data if applicable.
Educating and monitoring students and other health care providers.
Applying principles of magnetic resonance safety to minimize risk to patient, self, and others.
Assisting the licensed practitioner with magnetic resonance interventional procedures.
