About the Role
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing AgileOne's MSP program. The PM works with Client Users, Supplier Partners, and Contingent Workers participating in the MSP Program and/or Technology Suite for AgileOne Accounts. The PM will support and manage the effective and efficient use of the AgileOne Vendor Management Tool, or 3rd party VMS, facilitate the processes, and manage compliance with the contingent workforce management program defined by the client and AgileOne Management.
Responsibilities

Role:
A high-caliber and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to
support the execution of the NEW clinical trial, a core clinical program advancing
the company's autologous gene therapy. This is a critical role within our growing
Clinical Operations organization.
As a CRA, you will be responsible for making sure clinical trial sites operate in full
compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and company's
quality expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data
integrity.
This role is designed for a proactive operator who excels in the operational complexities
associated with advanced therapeutic modalities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-
paced startup environment where precision, strong site partnerships, and early
identification of operational risks are essential to successful trial execution.
By overseeing day-to-day site monitoring activities, maintaining inspection-ready
documentation, monitor and verify site compliance with chain-of-identity (COI) and
chain-of-custody (COC) procedures associated with the autologous gene therapy
workflow, and promptly escalate deviations, the CRA plays a vital role in supporting the
successful execution of the NEW study.
Through disciplined site oversight and data quality management, this role enables the

Site Monitoring & Oversight:
o Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring (on‐site and remote), and
close‐out visits per the monitoring plan and risk‐based monitoring approach.

- Leverage cloud service provider (CSP) relationships such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform and AWS to drive engagement through cloud marketplaces to enhance joint opportunities and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate training on new products, solutions sales, corporate direction, business processes, etc., leading to enhanced self-sufficiency and winning mindshare and cycles from competitive vendors
- Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordination of marketing budget, and utilization of Infoblox channel marketing programs
- Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners and coordinate partner engagement and sales activities
- Be keenly aware of the channel partners’ strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and valued resource for them

Be Prepared — What You Bring
- At least 10 years of technology vendor experience (networking and security experience highly preferred) selling into the channels. Experience in business development or driving revenue and opportunity is a must
- SaaS and/or managed services (MSP) sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and experience leveraging relationships with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) is a strong plus
- Experience engaging partners with the company, brand, and technology through education and bespoke programs and initiatives is a plus

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Account . You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with Sephora and other retailers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
