This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. The OTE range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.


Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Senior Project Manager – Design and Construction Services


The Design and Construction Services (DCS) group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver world-class design and construction of facilities and infrastructure projects in support of world-changing scientific research. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, procurement, design, construction, and close-out/transition to operations of project scopes ranging from $1M to $200M. The organization currently has multiple ongoing projects to improve scientific research capabilities and to maintain existing infrastructure, including backbone utility systems and experimental spaces such as research laboratories, cleanrooms, and associated MEP systems.


The Senior Project Manager could be assigned to one major project (>$30M) or several minor projects. Major projects include Department of Energy line-item projects such as critical utilities infrastructure revitalization and large-scale research facility upgrades. Minor projects include a wide range of infrastructure improvements such as electrical distribution system repairs and upgrades, cooling tower replacements, roadway repairs, and pipeline/culvert repair and replacements.


When serving on a major project, the Senior Project Manager is accountable to the Project Director or Infrastructure System Manager. When serving on minor projects, the Senior Project Manager is accountable to the Project Management Manager. The Senior Project Manager carries responsibility and authority for planning, coordinating, and executing critical project scopes to ensure the project's mission and program are met in terms of technical scope, cost, schedule, and resources.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.

  • Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.

  • Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
