Responsibilities: Defend commercial transportation and trucking matters, including cases Handle auto liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for trial or mediation Work directly with clients, carriers, and experts to develop strategy and manage risk Maintain independent ownership of cases while collaborating with a remote litigation team as needed Qualifications: Insurance defense attorney with approximately 8+ years of relevant litigation experience Substantial experience in commercial transportation and trucking defense required Background handling premises liability and construction defect matters Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S.
