Position Purpose:
Our Physical Therapy Assistants, PTA, provide physical therapy services to Mt. Carmel patients under the guidance and supervision of a Physical Therapist and following a written plan of care established by the physician and physical therapist. Saint Alphonsus Behavioral Health Clinic is looking for a Lead Practice Nurse to join their team! In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and support within the clinic and throughout the network. This is also considered a working RN position, meaning you will still provide some patient care, including Triage, working alongside clinic staff.
Typical days include coordination of all back office staff and acting as liaison between support staff, physician and clinic managers/administrators. You will conduct routine staff meetings, scheduling, clinical competencies, staff education, etc. and be responsible for Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. You will assist in preparing operational budgets yearly, and have authority to purchase day-to-day medical/surgical supplies, as well as helping to assess capital equipment needs yearly.

About the Unit:
The laboratory at Mount Carmel Dublin will provide a wide range of laboratory procedures that will aid clinicians in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients. There will be comprehensive testing in the specialties of hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, blood gases, molecular, and blood banking. Located on the 1st floor will be an Outpatient Lab Service Center that will provide convenient hours for patients to have their blood drawn. Self-scheduling will be available to allow for little to no wait times. This laboratory will house all new state of the art instrumentation along with EPIC Beaker laboratory information system. The laboratory team will interact with other Dublin Hospital health care professionals to coordinate the best patient care experience.

Attention all Echo Sonographers! Saint Alphonsus Health System has an opportunity for a PRN Echo Sonographer.
To qualify, you'll need an Associate degree in Science or Allied Health Field (Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiovascular Technologist, etc.) or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. In addition, a Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required.
Must be registered as one of the following:
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

Radiologic Technologist: Per Diem
Coverage for Clifton Park, East Greenbush, and other ambulatory locations.

This position will provide coverage for a variety of weekday and Saturday day shifts.

What you will do:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible to perform diagnostic radiographic, examinations in accordance with departmental standards. The incumbent interacts with physicians, staff and others in the efficient and service-oriented operation and performs all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic imaging
Operate and adjust imaging equipment
Explain procedure to patient, position patient and equipment
What you will need:
AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology or Equivalent
Current ARRT registration and NYS license required or Eligible
CPR Certification
Per Diem Flat Rate: $36.00
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
